Also the O/S. It has been 146-147 million for who knows how long!!! A year maybe? Maybe even longer...

The company doesn’t dilute like many other OTC companies.

Yes, the previous management (mainly Ziv) overpromised and frustrated the shareholders and Friedland did his illegal thing, but the new management now sets a lot more reasonable and realistic targets.

I’m still long with OWCP and fully believe in this company!
