Darth, please do not try to explain this here. There is a core group of "financial aficionados" here who constantly mock people who make positive profits in the stock market. For some reason, for them, it is better to make $0 profit than to take home $72 on a $100 trade. This has been contended here for a long time, and no matter what you say they will advocate to steer away from profit-taking in order to avoid the tax burden.
Everyone understands this obviously.
It is not the FDA which would leak it, please understand the process of how this works. It has been discussed numerous times on this board, do some DD.

That is the game. if you do not have the emotional and hormonal chops for this, this is probablly not the right game to be in. This is the market, the dirtiest, coniving, game ever invented. there is no truth and no one is your friend, buddy, stock-mate, whatever. He sold, made profits...good for him. Wants to get back in? FIne, he will have his chance, this will come down some more imo. if not, it is all good. Lots of D-list playas in here for sure. This is the game folks. Know what you signed up for. Believe nothing. Dont be emotional. Show some dignity and stop blithering because a guyy took good profits. this thing may tank tomorrow, fail to get FDA approbval, and company uses this to pay debt, its the game, happens everyday. 1) why isn't this company trading higher? It seems undervalued in the pps.

So the correct play here seems to be ride these rip and dips (there will be many more imo) as rental news comes and goes. We can then wait to see if/when feds change to schedule 2, wait to see if CGRA buys WFC, wait to see if other property in other states is used to rent to MJ cultivators, wait and see how much rent that actually is. It looks like there will be plenty of time to anticipate any bomb shells, as the only thing they can leverage in regard to MJ other than numerous "wait and sees" is a rental agreement at a couple of million (or thereabouts) and possibly future rental agreements over the course of the next year. Plenty of time to see how this one unfolds imo and take profits slowly until something concrete materializes beyond these wait and sees. Thanks for the clarification.
Honest question -
How does MJ "change everything"? CGRA is leasing a building to a licensed MJ cultivator. Many businesses have leasing agreements with MJ growers across the country - they basically have a renting tenant and they are not exceptionally lucrative as DD shows. From an IRS perspective it doesnt matter who the personalities are involved with each of these separate businesses - CGRA and WFC are two separate business entities that have entered into an agreement as leaser/lessee for a warehouse type structure so WFC can grow their product. Regardless of the relationship between the owner (90%) of WFC and CGRA (cfo or whatever he is) from a federal and state tax perspective they are two separate businesses - money cannot be simply siphoned from one to the other and and absurd leasing deal would obviously be illegal. So does CGRA have a new income stream in the form of renting a warehouse to an MJ grower? Obviously yes. But it is easy to find what these rents will be approximately, and it does not seem to be some huge cash cow. Does CGRA have plans to lease multiple spaces to MJ growers across the state? Where will the income stream be, outside of leasing a space to an MJ grower that makes MJ change everything?
The dolomite, gravel, and oil is just background noise until it produces revenue which will be quite some time. And even then the entire buzz around CGRA is its affiliation with an MJ grower - and according to all official statements is simply a rental agreement for a dilapidated warehouse. The owner of WFC, regardless of his relationship with CGRA, is not going to screw himself by agreeing to inflated rental terms, so how is CGRA going to profit so massively beyond renting an old warehouse structure? Will CGRA get a percentage of the MJ profits, a royalty of MJ sales - it doesnt seem there is much precedent for that with other MJ grow site leasing agreements in other states, so where is the rub?

I called the tank, few believed as they were still calling it churning or some other gibberish. But now, according to my charts, we may have a reversal out of this down tick IMO. It will need some news/financials/ etc that are expected. But the slide is ending IMO. I took all I could out of it on the short, extracted a lot of your money, closed my positions. In this long now for a bit before I dump, but long now nonetheless.
