I agree with your thinking on FLCR. The the drop in pps today does not concern me. The float is low. Some shares got dumped by one or a small few. When the float is low pps can drop like this very easy.

I noticed another company that I watch (ATNG) posted a PR today...

Not that this explains the pps recently, but I thought I heard an indication that FLCR management wanted to take similar action just to eliminate any potential influence from this exchange.

Don't take what I said wrong. I agree that they probably are weak on a customer base for the core product. I just think they are missing an opportunity with the HSA program by choosing NOT to establish a presence online with this program.

The two programs (i.e. ENC & myclub) will be building a potential customer base for the core product. As a lot of us have noticed.....HSA's are a hot topic. I think it is a major mistake to not have a website established to provide HSA information, quotes, on-line signup, ect. It takes a few months for all the web crawlers to start associating a web site to key word searches. An option to help speed up the process is by paying for hits. An example is Google ADWORDS.
They may even consider this option on a temporary basis until their website and HSA start showing up near the top of the search lists.

It is a fact that thousands of potential HSA customers are searching for information and potential companies to help them setup a HSA program. Someone has a closed mind if they think the only way to market their product is through sales reps.

You say no customers......... how about the all fifty states via the internet. With a well designed wesite ready to educate the consumer or groups on HSA's and online HSA account creation & administration for the user/groups, the potential for a larger customer base and another source of revenue stream could be very big. The competition has already took the lead on this avenue. Why FLCR has sit on this with no action since their PR in February has me wondering if the CEO really understands the power of the internet.

This HSA site that I am suggesting could be a separate site just like myclub and ENC. The main FLCR site could be changed show the relationships of each business unit.

Anyway.....enough wind. I may be boring a few with my thoughts. I hope we hear something positive soon!

I put out a message on RB #4085 back on 6/4/04 when I was doing some digging on this subject when I stumbled on the PR for IBZT.

I am trying to understand....why are they not investing in a website to market the HSA product? When users in the USA do a google search for HSA, FLCR should be one of the top 10 sites found if they where being aggressive in this new market. If you stop and think about it....why would you NOT want a website working for you to help sell the HSA option to individuals? The potential is greater to gain more business than they have ever experienced by utilizing this method. The site could contain information for group accounts and how they can contact FLCR for a quote.

They also could bundle this offering with their core business to have a product offering that most companies cannot offer today. I still see the potential of this company.

I hope they are making progress in this area.

Maybe we will find out tomorrow with a PR.

I thought FLCR was trying to take the lead on the HSA offering. They announced that they would be offering the HSA program back in February, but no sign of a website to market this option.

Another concern.....no communication since 6/7/04. Just started a new trend in NOT comunicating with the public on its progress.

I am still long....just venting a little frustration.

Anybody heard anything on what is going on?

When I do some searches on google relating to HSA's, I am seeing more and more companies that now have websites already on-line offering this option to consumers. I have seen some sites that offer quotes, information on HSA's, FAQ's, ect. and they are getting a lot of exposure on the internet. It has been six months now since HSA's became official. If FLCR is interested in being aggressive in this new market along with combining their core business as an attractive package, you would think that they would be one of the leaders out on the internet with a website that already gives an individual an option to add an account with them on-line. Corporate, Municipals, and other markets that would involve groups would give the biggest revenue potential, but these same type of groups could get their intitial information from the website. A good website can go along way to open doors for potential new business.

Does anyone know if FLCR plans to get involved with HSA's in a bigger way than they are now?

I know we are waiting on some "big" deals with some larger groups, but why the conservative approach to marketing this new option?

I am just looking at the pps dip as an opportunity for those who missed the twenties. I see no reason to doubt FLCR's management on their commitment to turn this company around. It has been approximately six months now and the ground work has been laid to build this company to something very big.

Granted the Q4 of 2003 will be basically debt reduction and reorganization, but it will be interesting to see what else can be disclosed to give the guidence necessary to let everyone know that they are on-track to becoming profitable very soon.

Watch for PR's tomorrow.

Section 2. The Kentucky Group Health Insurance Board shall include the findings of the study in its annual report submitted to the Governor, General Assembly, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by October 1, 2004.
