Delisting from Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange- when?

I noticed another company that I watch (ATNG) posted a PR today...

"ATNG Demands Immediate Delisting from Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange"

Not that this explains the pps recently, but I thought I heard an indication that FLCR management wanted to take similar action just to eliminate any potential influence from this exchange.

Anyone heard anything lately?
