ProPhar I think it is the opposite of someone is trying to drive the price down. Friday is a perfect example and very common..10k shares@.0012 after a drop...that is a $12 trade.
It has happened quite often at the EOD somebody "paints" the price up.
It looks more to me somebody is trying to "pump" the SP, and failing....

Buying shares ANYTIME in ANYTHING connected to DM is a losing proposition...Past history PROVES that EVERYTIME!

Because that is the way the pinks work. I watched another company go under, file chap 11, then saw the auction of the office and equipment and the other company assets on May 19. That was last year.
Still no "Q" on the ticker and it traded 2.5m shares friday.

I think 20 years ago Howard started out with very good intentions but has had financial problems for many years. Yes the patents are real but who knows if there really is a product since the samples were relabeled something...If the product was marketable there most likely would be some interest in it from outside investors or companies, but it doesn't look like that will ever happen.

I think Howard's biggest downfall was climbing in bed with Dennis McLaughlin. Every person/company that has done so has been destroyed and Phar will be no different. IMO Phar currently is nothing more than an auto answer phone and a website. Everything else is gone, office, warehouse, staff, money, financing, manufacturing....

As of late Howard keeps getting caught in one lie after another and little if anything he says is anywhere near the truth. Maybe it is his last ditch effort to hang on or maybe he just can't face failure, who knows.

I guess time will tell and 20 years so far hasn't produced much......
