On Twitter, they did mention a name change in 2022, a symbol change, and fillings for something I, can't remember, so SC Holdings must be the name change.
They obviously want to get away from "Strattners" because of all the things Strattners was going to do and never did.

I really hope they get their act together but for me, the trust/expectation are rock bottom.

Negative. I did notice that strattners website has taken off all previous social media account links at the bottom and OTC markets now shows them a SC holdings? If I'm not mistaken, that seems to be somewhat new...

Grabbed a starter earlier this month when the milly bids were walking it up and jumping each others bids. Been fishing on the bid all month with little luck getting any size. Seems like bids like to leap frog any bids. She looks thin, just hope I could catch some bid whacks prior to the potential low float run. We shall see

Seems we can draw a line under this one, completely gone dark, even disappeared from Twitter as far as I can establish.
Must admit, could have looked at this one more carefully before buying but luckily not my normal practice so don't feel too bad.

Fraudster Kada Mesli is involved in this deal. The annual filings show that he has debt which probably already sold. I uncovered his massive fraud in ZVTK check my posts. I will investigate SCNG and share my findings.

Also look at the comments on his twitter account. He mentions an IPO of a company called Moralltach as one of the landmark transactions he was involved with. No public mention of his name anywhere with that company. Listing was a failure with the company struck off by the exchange for irregularities and virtually zero stock ever traded.

I know I am in a very uncertain place at present but I will sit this out till the end.

I still find it hard to believe that Timo is really the criminal, or criminal intent, as he is made out to be and at the same time engage and submit filings to the OTC Markets/SEC because that is like walking into the lion"s den and thinking a lion is a pussycat. That's absolute suicide.

I don't think he is that stupid. I referred to SCNG as a scam company in the past and he found that statement unwarranted and totally unacceptable and that they were just trying to get things done.

So my last post, what will be will be.

Must admit that I am disappointed with the present state of affairs but since there seem to be efforts to bring the filings up to date indicate to me at least, that he has not frowned in the towel......yet!
