If they are scammers they can't even do that correctly. Heavy dilution would be the case if they were trying to profit from the scam. Makes no sense to risk jail or whatever and not make a dime? I am pretty sure they don't have some ground breaking product when they can't even pull off a basic scam that has been executed with success from numerous companies before. PATHETIC!!

Just curious, but how can anyone be confident in a company that at some point in the last 52wks was at a high of 12.50 then all the way down to .000 something then an r/s? I'm still fairly new to penny's and just asking for information purposes. Any insight would be appreciated.
We got it. No one reads French though and as you can probably tell most people here don't care about it or choose to ignore it.
I would however like to point out a few key words in the post: IF and WHEN! These words can mean a lot, but most importantly they are not definitive words and therefore everyone can take those words for what they are: speculative words!!
I do appreciate both sides of the conversation but at this point either side could be correct and hopefully everyone understands that.

Belize was a spokesman for the unit and probably doesn't really have 25 million shares. He was a big promoter and has now just completely walked away. Over the last few months he probably dumped all his shares slowly since the bulk of his position was sub penny. Ask wrinkles him and Belize are good buddies. I find it doubtful that someone would be run off completely by a select few, especially with how much time and effort he was putting in just over a year ago. In my opinion of course and I hope I'm wrong and the company is still successful. If not the lesson I will take from this is not to take investment advice from anybody no matter how positive they are about a huge celebration party when we all get rich!! Haha
How did it skip from a penny all the way down to .001? Shouldn't there have been levels at .009,.008 etc?? It looks like that transaction happened after close too how is that possible?
Referring to a post from another person on this site is not evidence of a gagged TA. Have you actually talked to the TA? Also by you and many others own admission with the ongoing AMF investigation, it's impossible for them to issue more shares. So which is it? The TA is gagged and they are heavily diluting into no volume (doesn't make any sense), or they can't issue any new shares cause there in such deep trouble with the AMF that has seemingly put the case in hold due to their inability to get a conviction.
We all know the AMF has jurisdiction only in the Quebec province of Canada! That is a fact! There is another protective organization in Canada known as the Ontario securities commission!
On the OSC website(listed below) you will not find any mention of WDRP. This link will take you directly to a page where they list all the warnings to investors. Check it out for yourself. the other plus is that the OSC site has English as well so everyone can read it and not have to rely on google to translate.
So the interesting part of this find is, why are the two Canada companies not tracking the same information? Wouldn't it just make sense that at least they would try to share information? If they can't even talk between the two, what makes people think that a company founded in 2004 (AMF) has any pull with ANYONE!
Wrong! The AMF has nothing on them! More delays and more excuses from the organization that's supposed to protect the investors! If this thing isn't dissolved it must mean the AMF doesn't have what they need or is failing to protect the investors! Either way the AMF is coming up just as short as WDRP!
Probably has a file of pre canned messages that can just be cut and pasted. That's why most of the post are never an actual response to anyone just personal opinion observations and speculations!
All sounds similar to the false claims of AMF problems that seem to be getting delayed just as much as the release of this product! So to sum it up, WDRP is a scam, and so is the AMF. Therefore this argument will never be won by anyone. Gamble if you want or move on to something else.
It is sickening what types of behavior are allowed around here. When a post has relevance it gets removed, and when it is speculative BS it gets a sticky. The only thing we can hope for is WDRP to step up an start holding firm in their timelines.
The bottom line is if this thing is a fraud the money I have risked is exactly that MY MOnEY. I have read and understand the risk with sub penny plays, and don't need some outsider telling me what to do with MY MONEY!!

So let me get this straight you believe him when he says dilution is coming, but not when he says the heater is coming?? You are so hilarious! Bill and Bob also said that WDRP would be outfitting the space station with a water heater, but I don't believe either one of them about that. Oh yeah, they also said once hell froze over, this revolutionary heater could help jump start the thawing process. None of those things have happened. No .000#, no R/S, etc.. He does post what a scam looks like pretty well, but none of those things or the things you post have happened here. Pure speculation and conjecture flooding this board as of late. But as always it's jmo and everyone is entitled to one.
I wrote the company an email using their contact form on the website today, and received a quick response from Andrew. If any of you have questions I would suggest taking a few minutes of your day to call or write him. Very informative responses!

I thought Multiple post containing the same content posted over and over is a direct violation of the TOS. I have seen that post saying "tell that to Dan Ryan" at least 100 times in last few weeks!
Dan Ryan's never appears on anything having specifically to do with WDRP. There were multiple companies named in the AMF document. Nothing proves that Dan Ryan is associated with WDRP and no evidence has been listed here or anywhere else.
So what if he is a respondent for the AMF, multiple respondents doesn't mean all the named individuals are intertwined or that there cases are 100% identical.
Heck for all we know someone on this board is working with the AMF, trying to use members to gather evidence for their case since they don't have any that we know of!!
My overall point is anyone can speculate, but nothing will be known until a. The product is produced, thereby defeating stock manipulation since the product exist or b. the AMF proves something and this thing goes sub penny.
The blah blah blah never stops on that other board does it? It's getting to the point that every time I read a post I wanna throw up in my mouth. What makes it worse is most of the positive posters have gone completely quiet!

It's just a request, if the AMF is so worried and truly cares about securities manipulation, they could simply deny the request!! Especially if the named parties are 100% guilty.

We should all be happy that we are not experiencing what goes on with most pennies, dilution and pump and dump promotions. That by itself shows that the individuals associated with WDRP truly have the intention to bring this to market. If they didn't they would just pay one of these penny stock promoters to mass email people for a few weeks to inflate the price while all along they are dumping their own shares and increasing the share counts. Seeing as how that is not an option for Robert since his are restricted till 2012, and most of his compensation will be on royalties from the product! It would only benefit him and others for the actual product to surface!! Of course this is just my opinion! People will discount and dispute everything, but MY opinion will not be swayed!! I am and will remain an advocate for WDRP!
There will be no proof posted here of the negative nature, which can mean only that it doesn't exist. Any ideas on why we had a sudden surge of volume today?
This always happens to me, I get in above .03 and then it immediately dropps to below .03. I have had an order in the past three days below .03 and never got filled. Typical, oh well at least it will bring my average share price down. GLTA
