I looked at TD*Y, I don't see the long term investment there. 3D TVs are a fad. Everyone I know that has one (including myself) rarely use the feature. Has nothing to do with the annoyance of glasses, it's just not interesting anymore. Hollywood 3D'd everything to death. If it does well, I'm very happy for you. But to me it looks like nothing more than hopes and dreams of a pumped penny stock.

Do you remember a company named Qeteras as a supposed money lender to AGRT? Not only was Vern Wilson involved with Qeteras but was so was a guy named Mark Zouvas. All these guys are scam artists and are usually in the so-called OIL business.
They are specialists in going into companies, issuing useless PRs, inflating the PPS and then disappearing.
Zouvas is especially bad!

Please keep me posted on anything else you learn. AGRT was such an obscure play its an amazing coincidence (?) that he's tied to both.

jaroth, Anybody, Has anybody heard of Consumers Customers advocates??? They are a company out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. This guy name Ben claims he can recover my losses from AGRT. I spoke to The President of the company named Mike and he said they are not a scam agency. Has AGRT done anything illegal to help incure my losses? The only thing I can see is my fault for investing in the company. All the PR's were a lie and they hired an IR to sell the lies to us. TO keep us investing more money into the lies. NOT SURE IF YOU CAN CALL THAT ILLEGAL. IF ANYONE ELSE HAS BEEN CONTACTED LET ME KNOW. HE GOT MY NAME OFF AN INVESTORS LIST. SOUNDS AND SMELLS FISHY TO ME.

I haven't quite figured this all out yet. Cal Bay Controls was owned by CBYI but Cal Bay Controls was previously owned by Atlantis Holding Company. CBYI was revoked in Nevada but Cal Bay Controls is still active and run by Charles Prebay. This scam thing is all over the map and AGRT is part of it somehow.

Hi Carlson. I can't help but believe the only reason Fa$tlane was hired to provide a promo was for shs to be sold. Look at today 1,200 bought and over 68,000 sold. If that's the case, it was a disappointing result for those trying to sell shs.
