Hey all, Haven't posted in quite some time, almost 2 months to be exact, but been out on business.
As far as the news, I believe this to be Amazing!
So many great things have happened over the last month.
In my own opinion, as far as why this is so low, is that it is being held low.
This I think could be any number of reasons.
--People maybe awaiting more impressive news than that which we have seen?
--The restructuring is underway maybe and we havent heard more on it? (TADF/Tac-Air)
--Or, possibly they are holding low in order to build more investor interest before they explode higher?
Like I said, all of this is my opinion, but I have alot of catch-up to do since I have been out of touch.
GL All!!
Ok......I am saying to speak like an adult and talk out these issues, INSTEAD....seeing and reading posts full of vulgarity, and irrationality, that people here need to be part of a discussion and not a full blown blaze of a company. ALL people, and ALL companies have their bad things, people, and choices. All that people focus on here are the bad and do not rationalize Why stock is dropping, and why things happen...They jump to conclusions and then people hop on the bandwagon and believe every word they read....I am not saying bad things have not occurred. But.....I....do not believe everything I read in the media. They write and publish only what they want, leaving out and adding details where they see fit. If everone believed Only what the media published, this world would be 100 times worse than it is. Just my opinion...
READ Immediately
Ok. I understand that many are hurt by how bad this stock has done lately, Or maybe you are JUST trying to get people spun up. but either watch the language or leave the boards.
I have had to remove dozens of posts today because several of you can not control your thoughts and what you type.
Again control it or leave.
If you really have a need to get all spun up as you have been, go to a Back room and just scream, We are not here to be part of the ridiculousness that you have all been posting today!
NOW.......As far as the stock goes, many good posts today, and so on. Yes price dropping....Does nobody read previous posts?
STOCK Performance:
Several reasons that have been mentioned previously.
-Daniels and a false filing of company Bankruptcy.
- Will recover but takes time when your name and reputation has
been tarnished
-Awaiting acquisition based on LOI to acquire TAC-AIR
- This can take anywhere from 30 to 120 days from time of LOI.
Has been stated how they have more than likely been in talks
with each other for awhile, so possibility exists this may
happen sooner.
- With the team of professionals that have been outlined to run
this newly formed regime, one can only assume that great
things will happen.
-Economy (Here and world)
- As seen with market performance as of late, it has been bad
everywhere. DOW has dropped many times, and today taking a
huge hit again doesnt help. I myself wouldnt be focused on
a small OTC stock when the "Big Dogs" are losing like crazy.
TADF will be on the USUBC AEROSPACE & DEFENSE INDUSTRY COMMITTEE along with AnaCom, Inc.; Boeing; Defense Technology, Inc. (DTI); DRS Technologies, Inc; General Dynamics; Pratt & Whitney - Paton; Raytheon Company; Sweet Analysis Services, Inc.; U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation; and UMBRA, Inc..
Those are all HUGE Military Contractors!

As I state in many of my posts, this is all just my opinion, but I do believe many would agree with me here.
Hah...well thanks....Guess i was a fitting candidate. I will do my best to be a ...well...Moderator.
As far as TADF goes, i think and i have said previously, its going to take time for this acquisition to occur. Along with that, I agree when others say that Daniels screwed this company good with a false filing.
All we can do is wait it out and hope for the best.
******This from today, is Positive for me. Just because a company doesnt go from $0.01 to being a gold mine overnight, doesnt mean that it is worthless and a "scam". This is an article i found posted on a stock advertising site, but i believe it was a good read.

About Tactical Air Defense Services, Inc.
Our vision is simple; establish a world-class private-sector military aviation services organization providing tactical aviation training, consulting, and maintenance support for both commercial and Government/Military entities. As former TOPGUN and Air Force Weapon's School instructors, TAC AIR has taken a page from the military's handbook: become a center of excellence in all that we do. Post-Acquisition TADF will be a company composed of experts who we believe know the tactical aviation arena better than any other private-sector company, and will be capable of providing support to the military and commercial industry in tactics development, training, and evaluation, and to subject matter expertise as applied to weapons systems and deployment.
Specifically, TAC AIR has developed unique flying support services for the U.S. military and foreign-allied militaries that focus on emulating the threat rather than trying to exactly duplicate it. While threat emulation takes more innovation and effort, the end result can be significant cost savings for our customers. A case in point is the very basic L-29 aircraft that TAC AIR flies; adapting a U.S. engine with speed modifications learned from the Reno Air Races, we are able to produce an airplane with the exact performance characteristics of an A-10 or SU 25. We can do this all for a cost that is one tenth of an actual fighter.
Our approach to doing business is unique as well. Most of today's "business as usual" defense contracting companies are backward looking and focused on getting close to the military in order to shape a contract proposal to their advantage. We on the other hand, have built a classic low-end market disruption model specifically targeting those who don't know they can use or afford private-sector military aviation services. TAC AIR/post-Acquisition TADF on the other hand, will continue to use our extensive understanding of military training to examine cost savings changes in the way operations are being conducted, and then present a business proposal that outlines dollars saved and training enhanced. We believe this sort of common sense approach is the future of defense contracting.
In summary, we at TADF and TAC AIR are very excited about where we have taken these companies, but that exuberance is nothing compared to how we feel regarding where our combined companies are going.

News Today:
CARSON CITY, Nev., May 28, 2010 -- Tactical Air Defense Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TADF), an Aerospace/Defense Services contractor that offers air-combat training, aerial refueling, aircraft maintenance and training, disaster relief services, and other Aerospace/Defense services to the United States and Foreign militaries and agencies, is pleased to announce that it has launched a Spanish language version of its website, www.tads-usa.com/es in order to offer Aerospace/Defense Services to U.S. allied Latin American governments and militaries.
The last few years have been a period of increased regional conflict in Latin America due in large part to deepening political rivalries and the lucrative drug trade. Many Latin American countries are not properly equipped and trained, and have been unable to procure the required equipment and services from the U.S. Department of Defense. As a result, TADF has seen increased and unsolicited demand for its services to provide a range of aerial defense related services, and the launching of its website in the Spanish language is a pro-active measure by TADF to capture a portion of this demand.
Alexis C. Korybut, Chief Executive Officer of TADF, stated, "The launching of our website in Spanish is a first step towards capturing some of the defense related opportunities that are being presented to us in Latin America. We believe that Latin America is a potentially lucrative and expanding market for our services, and we intend to aggressively pursue those opportunities. Management of TADF has extensive experience in executing business in Latin America, and we are purposefully directing our skills and experience towards this effort."

Ya know....that's a Cell phone, or looks to be a cell number. Not uncommon these days
Well....If I were the CEO of a company, I would be a part of the boards to see just what the Gen Public had an opinion about.
And the key wording here would be "Restricted Stock". Any transactions as you say are in the filings, as people that know about business should know that any transactions of sale, "gifting", and so on...Must be reported accordingly. So with others stating all of this other money and shares that are being given away....it would sure be hard to "hide" that much money from a filing...IMO....
Hoping for a good run here, BUT, without any other PR's with updated status and progress with the hopefully soon-to-be acquisition/merger, I would say we are going to float around this area for awhile. Since it could take anywhere from 30-120 days for the LOI to turn into a full contracted merge. Just my opinion,
Showing a downtrend so far...But....With the dow opening at over 200 down could be More focused on other issues than a small penny stock...Just my thoughts. We will see as the day progresses.
Ya....5000 shares
TAC-AIR Support Contract Info -
Someone had mentioned earlier about this. Can be found on
http://www.tacticalairsupport.com/
All very good just from what my background is.
may 2009
Awarded contract to support P-3C Littoral Surveillance Radar System for tactics development.
october 2008
Sub-contracted to create an Advanced Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Radar Tactics Guide for the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center.
september 2008
Sub-contracted to develop Helicopter Survivability Tactics for the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center.
Sub-contracted to develop Machine-to-Machine Digital Close Air Support procedures for the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center.
June 2008
TAC AIR awarded Navy NTTP re-write/update of the Navy’s Strike Warfare Document.
may 2008
TAC AIR awarded a prime contract on the Seaport E contracting vehicle!
I would tend to agree with you there. But I would say it will IMO pass the 0.05 mark since that was achieved just on other contract news. I would be willing to bet we would see 0.08+ upon completion of merge, then a rise upon contract PR's from there
This is going Very well so far today. What would be great is to know a possible time frame of which this LOI turns into a written merge.
looking nice

I definately agree with you about this. In order to run a company that will have Govt/Military/International/domestic relations such as this, Having former military, is a must, and this is speaking from experience.
some good examples of what it looks like TADF is aiming at becoming is like Lockheed, Northrup, L-3 Communications, etc. Very big news and if i were able to see the future, IMO this could rise, and rise fast. Just my opinion
REAL NEWS!! and IMO, the Executive structure of this is amazing.

Just a theory here, and i'm just making an assumption, But let's say ACHL sent Reps to Houston (BP Location) and marketed their "Miracle" Fluidizer. You probably have many other companies in and out of there each day trying to get support from BP or even show THeir techs to them. On this day say Weekley and Co. was in the area (Being a Houston based oil well company) and they heard ACLH was going to be in town with their marketing. Maybe they approached them or BP suggested they speak with each other.
With this said, BP is working through the "Testing" phase of a contract, which can take weeks in My experience, lets say ACLH and Weekley met up and they liked what ACLH had so they wrote up a LOI.
I mean this is all hypothetical, but i dont think its too much of a coincidence that a Houston company is seeking a joint venture with Our guys here, when BP is also there.
I may be a bit too hopeful, but hey it's possible...

Same Info on Weekley that I had found. Further search into the FRGY LOI, and looked at the FRGY stock and they are worthless :/ Like i said in previous posts though, I am hoping for the best.
Im glad that i wasnt the only other one to Not find anything. Thanks for backing me up there
***** Im hopeful and happy due to the PR Release, but looking up these 2 companies ACLH is about work with, I am not finding much info. Weekley Energy Group has a website, which is under construction. Left Behind Recovery -- I cant find anything on. One thing i found was in Jan of 2009, FRGY submitted a LOI to work with Weekley, and seems to me their stock went down the hole.
I am not bashing this PR or ACLH, I hope that we do great things, but if anyone else is luckier than I am finding info that would be great.
It could be too that it's way too early in the morning and im not awake enough to research!
Either way, GL All today!
ASK vs BID
For those of you watching, quite interesting over the last 30 min. A long "STOP" (20 min) in transactions, THe Ask stayed rock solid, now the orders came in, bumped the asking up, and again it is rock solid.....Good signs i would say.
Just was curious of AH status, and Ask is curently 0.0797. GL Monday
BIDS are increasing quick with 15 min to go....I would say 0.064 at close
And 0.06!
Thank JUSTAROOKIE for the original .....I just waited until this morning to repost what i saw as a great post. TOok their time to call IR and get another "Tidbit" of info as a few others have.
This post should be a STICKY. I read this after hours yesterday, and thought that it would be great for everyone to see this morning if they have not already.

I just spoke with Mr. Ionidis, Director of IR. He said that the field tests should take about 1 week and the final decision will be completely up to BP. It is not up to the government or the epa or anybody else. It is strictly up to BP. He said they are doing their work under Ancon Marine, a company that they do much work with. He said they are field testing their hard surface cleaner which will clean all solid surfaces...rocks..ships, etc. He also mentioned the fact that they did work for BP just 12 months ago with this product cleaning tanks.
I asked about the other projects...He said that they are close to making a huge announcement. I said so in other words..be patient and wait for the announcement? He laughed and said...Yes, it will be coming out soon and I'm really excited!!
