Just a theory here, and i'm just making an assumption, But let's say ACHL sent Reps to Houston (BP Location) and marketed their "Miracle" Fluidizer. You probably have many other companies in and out of there each day trying to get support from BP or even show THeir techs to them. On this day say Weekley and Co. was in the area (Being a Houston based oil well company) and they heard ACLH was going to be in town with their marketing. Maybe they approached them or BP suggested they speak with each other.
With this said, BP is working through the "Testing" phase of a contract, which can take weeks in My experience, lets say ACLH and Weekley met up and they liked what ACLH had so they wrote up a LOI.
I mean this is all hypothetical, but i dont think its too much of a coincidence that a Houston company is seeking a joint venture with Our guys here, when BP is also there.
I may be a bit too hopeful, but hey it's possible...
