STOCK Performance:

Several reasons that have been mentioned previously.

-Daniels and a false filing of company Bankruptcy.
- Will recover but takes time when your name and reputation has
been tarnished

-Awaiting acquisition based on LOI to acquire TAC-AIR
- This can take anywhere from 30 to 120 days from time of LOI.
Has been stated how they have more than likely been in talks
with each other for awhile, so possibility exists this may
happen sooner.
- With the team of professionals that have been outlined to run
this newly formed regime, one can only assume that great
things will happen.

-Economy (Here and world)
- As seen with market performance as of late, it has been bad
everywhere. DOW has dropped many times, and today taking a
huge hit again doesnt help. I myself wouldnt be focused on
a small OTC stock when the "Big Dogs" are losing like crazy.


As I state in many of my posts, this is all just my opinion, but I do believe many would agree with me here.
