If you read back he says he got the information from the investor relation department of the actual company itself(PBEC) . that seems a little more credible than third parties (unconfirmed) information at this point(JMHO). I have a feeling between now and March everything will be laid out for us to see then we make decisions about who knows what!!! Cause again its all speculation at this point, but then again thats half the battle i guess in these markets......

Yes i see in this article they say it "appears" not it is or has been proven.... my point here is you take stuff like this and spin it to it SAYING it was proven to be a P&D scam it hasn't been as of yet...who knows what is and what isn"t here, certainly you do not have the slightest clue... I know i"ve done my homework, its really to bad what happened here would be nice to see a recovery but unfortunately these things take time to work thenselves out and until then will be grim, but i do believe this co is run by good people and is in a good space. no knowbody here has the answers to that only the company and there lawyers.... asking here is only going to get a blind response from certain people who feel they have the slightest clue what going on behind the companies closed doors....and there is no way anybody can now these things.... call the company or like everyone wait and see from the co or the asc in time. true it doesn't look good but on the flip side maybe they weren"t ready yet..... or maybe they got sick..... or maybe there car broke down..... or maybe the went and the doors were locked.....who knows but asking those questions here is just fueling a certain fire that i and i"m sure evryone else is sick of hearing....

Oh no i guess that means then they will have to focus on the property they own 100% of already!!! and the project the have a 52% stake in with Forsyth. Thats only if they don"t get it. Oh and the property the own already 154 acres is good for about 150 MW not bad for a brand new start up co..... ohh woops did i let the cat out of the bag YES people its a high risk start up, like most every other company that trades on these BB/pink sheets boards.... if you are looking for something else head over to the blue chip boards.... and a good piece of DD for all to do look into how long it took most companies to turn a profit from inception.....The only reason things took a turn from good to bad was the accusations, the good news is the company is in its first year and has time to recover. Everyone including myself would liked to have seen things continue at the speed and growth they started with but unfortunately that's not the case here....doesn't mean its never going to be a again!! careful listening to people with personal vendettas.......

wow have been watching this company since it began, the recent development in the Gila Bend area has sparked my interest BIG TIME... it s like when a resource co (oil and gas) hits on a massive find all of the surrounding properties blow up, as far as attention and moey coming into them... this could get real interesting now as all EYES in the industry are on GILA BEND...

You seem to have been quite sure of what is going on here.. Would you mind filling me in so I can understand. Has the company lied is it bankrupt or out of business, have there been any fundamental changes? If so please share any information you have.
