Yes i see in this article they say it "appears" not it is or has been proven.... my point here is you take stuff like this and spin it to it SAYING it was proven to be a P&D scam it hasn't been as of yet...who knows what is and what isn"t here, certainly you do not have the slightest clue... I will wait for the answers from the bodies involved that is where the truth lies one way or another...stop spinning your know better than a promotion group pumping possibility on the upside you do the exact same pumping possibility on the down side.... i see no difference in you and any promoter...
