No scare tactics. No matter which North Bridge. Acquisition and restructure most likely. The need to raise big cash is critical and its not happening with hundreds of millions of shares outstanding. Who knows, this may be good after a reverse split and big dollars come in.

NorthBridge is not stupid. This type of business is their specialty. You have to ask yourself, with all this purported value why would they be selling anything at these levels. looks like a majority ownership due to settlements? What do they currently hold now? Anything?

This company is going to need boatloads of money to get only 5,000 units out; not to mention installations as simpletons wont be doing this during the pilot phase. They have issued 100s of millions of sub-penny shares and more to be issued soon. This will collapse and or take numerous investors with dedicated focus just to move this anywhere up. This can not and will not happen under this moniker. Bigger money will wash everyone out after a 1 for 100 or even1 for 500 reverse split comes down. I'm not an owner here but an observer. I am in disbelief for over a week now. What a bloodbath. Be wise. What I have witnessed here was not wisdom.

The real news is that Alpine is not only developing a salable Block chain business operating system that includes financial reporting, they are going to self-impose its use upon themselves. This will promote transperancy. No more bs accounting, no more CEO running away with the loot. THIS BENEFITS ALL THE INVESTORS AND EXEMPLIFIES THE TRUE CORE VALUES OF THIS COMPANY. The ALPP business model is nothing new as you probably know. Conglomerates were popular with investors in the 60s. Interest in them started to wane in the 70s and 80s. There has been a fairly recent resurgence in what's considered the modern conglomerate with more of a centric approach taking advantage of new technology and a more direct focus on the synergistic benefits as ALPP is touting. A simple broad spectrum diversification approach is no longer of interest.

Having the benefit of knowing what companies they are planning to acquire, I have been able to study the benefits as it relates to their planned expansion. I believe they will have a distinct advantage in gaining market share. Of coarse, I don't have to agree with each acquisition, but I am also not fully briefed on each either. My opinion is they have an interesting focus and if they get the base or bridge financing needed they can be wildly successful.

My short take is they are essentially populating a holding company with a core of synergistic companies that support some specific massive growth service(s) and raising the big cash after the up-listing. I'm going to coin it a "Pre-loaded Blank Check Company" as opposed to...... "give me your money and we will figure it out later" or "Stick'em up people"

I think they are truly optimistic on their plans. However, It appears they need 30 + million to proceed with a core group of companies. If they get it done, they will explode to the upside.
I'm not getting a clear picture of what the issues may be. In this charged market deals should move quickly. As of now, they are missing the market as retail investors have begun to dive in. I'm not impressed with their timing. Perhaps, there is something buried in the details that is preventing the advancement of their plans?

Future earning potential? yes, but where is the execution to support this? ALPP up listing? What company can you name that has up listed with losses, no cash and 8 million in revenue? This is a joke. ALPP needs a serious cash infusion to acquire companies to even think about an up-listing. As far as LTTC, ALPP needs the wireless secure platform to advance their tech. This LTTC deal, will most likely be scrubbed due to low ALPP share value and no cash.

Lets all look at this constructively. From the looks of things ALPP will probably have only 8 million+ annualized revenue for 2017. If you remove the effects of the Wolf pump and dump, ALPP should be trading in the low teens. If they cant show net profit in Q4 we will be around .09-.11. What do you hired hands think about that?
