I think they are truly optimistic on their plans. However, It appears they need 30 + million to proceed with a core group of companies. If they get it done, they will explode to the upside.
I'm not getting a clear picture of what the issues may be. In this charged market deals should move quickly. As of now, they are missing the market as retail investors have begun to dive in. I'm not impressed with their timing. Perhaps, there is something buried in the details that is preventing the advancement of their plans?
