Nope, sold the highs at that time. its been a long time. no idea what happened after that.
I did not have a lot, but I remember, I could not pass up that profit, there were not a lot of shares available and it could have one of those crazy runs like some of these do, like $50+ but what you have you have, so I took what I could get.

You are absolutely welcome, and I do hope your experts are on that list, keep in mind there are some others that I was not able to get that qualified after that list was created, So on those any updates those companies have had on OTCM in the last 6 months are a clue they have made an attempt to stay active. For example officer change ect.

Check to see if they are on that list I posted below, The list has nothing to do with whether it was a G2P before the rule change, it just shows which companies have made an attempt to get their filing going and have begun the process of jumping through the OTCM's hoops.

That being said, first the company has to send OTCM a check, and receive Access to the OTCM system to post the filings.

The list below have completed step 1, many have filed, some have been uplisted to Pink Limited, Pink Current or QB by now. So as I've been saying it's all a waiting game now.

Hey creede!, as of yet no, I'm just thinking that it still may come up sooner or later as there is a path from EM to Pink Current, and the guy that was working on the SOS may still get it worked out. Time will tell, I think he was also trying for another one as well. I'll need to check my notes and as you, I accumulated a few shares there so it would be nice to see some activity on it.

Here is your explanation from the SEC themselves:

"If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action."

My guess is that statement alone has the brokers willing to just eliminate any possibility of that happening, obviously Quotation and allowing purchase are two different things but my thoughts are that is the reason.
