They would say something if they had something to say.
Only revenue appears to be dilution; looks like they had to stop for now.
Most micros are below support; economy can't support little businesses anymore. Except medical supplies.
Congratulations on a new milestone, pumpers. Teens!
Dilution is a great revenue stream.
Saves on overhead costs.
He must have been off yesterday.
Hoping to get 20 (was 30) before the most likely RS
Pumpers: you suck.
Too many shares - not enough news
Apparently it's not a robust economic recovery; are businesses spending on improving output?
Business is being handed out, still, in this field:
Denver, Colo. (PRWEB) October 28, 2009 -- Fluensee, a leading provider of RFID-enabled asset tracking and supply chain management solutions, today announced that Container Centralen, Inc. will implement Fluensee's AssetTrackTM solution to gain better visibility, control and utilization of the CC racks it provides to North American customers.
What are these guys doing, anyway?
Hope the trap door doesn't spring loose -.0017..
Could be a front for organized crime.
No PR's for 6 months..flatline in triple zeros, suddenly an avalanche, a spike, daytraders interest, then a slow downward taper, sprinkled with innocous, blocks...a few million here and there, 120M shares...nothing..taper...lose interest...
Not mine.
Need someone who knows the business their in.
There are companies that have been in RFID tracking industry for years and only now are getting contracts. Never heard of pallet optimization until this stock, and with a down economy, appears nothing getting shipped anyway...This will obviously run with news, but there are many established companies getting the work they seek and they have a long way to go get establised in the business; in fact this company looks more like a shell trying to sell assets and their PR's, few and far between, are spoken like Billy Mays reincarnated anyway...still better odds than the lottery they get a contract, but purely a spec play, absolutly nothing more than that.
Up to Cape to blaze the path.
And let investors know how the marketing of products is going. They're announcing contracts left and right for other RFID companies; the demand is there..
"Savi Technologines, a Mountain View unit of giant military and aerospace contractor Lockheed Martin, won a $6.6 million order from the Department of Defense.
Under this contract, Savi will sell RFID tags and associated technology and services to the DoD for tracking cargo containers."
[10/27/09]
PITTSBURGH--(Business Wire)--
Mobile Aspects, a leader in RFID enabled clinical process improvement systems, announced today that Novation, the health care contracting services company for
VHA Inc., the University HealthSystem Consortium (UHC), and Provista, has awarded Mobile Aspects a three-year contract to supply radio frequency identification (RFID) inventory management systems to its member organizations.
"Guard RFID Solutions Inc. announced that the Middle Tennessee Medical Center (MMTC) has chosen its TotGuard Infant Protection solution for its new $267 million facility in Murfreesboro, TN. The facility is to be equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, and GuardRFID's TotGuard system will play a pivotal role in the protection of newborn and pediatric patients."
And that's just today..
Beg your pardon. Chicago was in '08. Sorry.
Here is a PR that we would like to see. Soon.

Dilution would be to pay noteholders.
Since they are now non-reporting corporation, shareholders arn't going to know what deals they may have with creditors, and usually it is money in exchange for a share of the corporation; the lower the price, the more shares the creditors get. There was heavy volume in the past 10 days, that suggests either a leak of pending news, or their market maker blends in varying blocks into the open market. There is no way to prove this, but if or when there is good news, those shares will be bought up quickly.
Per their website, they will be in Chicago in two weeks. Perhaps they haven't released a PR to this effect so they may be saving a PR for a contract announcement..
October 1, 2008 - CAPE Systems Group, Inc., a leading provider of software technology for sustainable packaging design, pallet optimization, inventory and warehouse management, supply chain execution and order fulfillment, announced that it will be showcasing its sustainable packaging design and palletization software, cube optimization applications and sustainability evaluation features at PACK EXPO 2008 in Chicago, from November 9-13, 2008, booth #N-3130.
Warming up for the 5-9M bidwacks, one would guess..
Seems the dumps are slow and methodical..
It also shows that there is no broad economic recovery, or elst there would be significant inquiries into these types of products, esp since NASDAQ is up.
Gut is they will wait till the year end bonuses on Wall St are paid (RECORD bonuses) then reflect the real condition out there..CRE loans are expected to be massive losses..
But a PR, even the purchase of a new pencil sharpner, would at least give the market something to ponder.
Full throttle dilution is back.
After a breather yesterday.
Looks like run was to lure in hope...
I'll take anything over 30..
Good riddance.
He's spinning his wheels if the thinks the market will appreciate his stock w/o an audit. A hundred stores, a thousand stores..everyone knows western-style markets are popping up in Asia and will take money from those on the go..there is something to be said about the traditional markets, but growth is happening too fast and they better get with GLCC to at least corner that type of market.
Just that rumor would run it a few days.
Could be a front for organized crime.
Comparing ASFX-CYSG = Apples/Oranges
ASFX slid from near a penny to .0014 in the course of 6 weeks in June. What caused that first run, was an announcement $30K of sales and increased inquiries on their website to their non-invasive thermometer product, (during the markets concern over H1N1 virus), this caused it to run 1000% in two days. Six weeks later, after it was pushed down to fractions, they announced FDA approval of a needle destruction device; then traders ran it hard, up to .08, and it is now back to .02.
(Incedentally, Scottrade will not allow it's customers to buy shares of ASFX based on their propietary restrictions, claiming there is no DTC settlement of their shares).
CYSG has yet to announce any indication of product sales, but have announced a new award for their product and participation in a tradeshow.
If there are no big blocks dumped next week, that will restore confidence, and more shares will be accumulated up waiting for next announcement. Got that MM'S? GL
This is so diluted I can hardly taste the KoolAid.
I've seen worse. OPGX dumped ten's of billions back into the market; 75M in one trade and hundreds of 9M blocks over a week last month..
Companies have to do what they have to do to stay afloat; it's one of the advantages of public markets. This was a falling knife in the low 30's; A PR would be nice to expalin the volume, at least...
Noteholders WANT a low PPS
So they can get more shares for the money they loan the company. That is the only scenerio that can play out for a company that has yet to realize sales. Why would it go to a penny in the first place? And if they had sales, they wouldn't have to dilute, now would they?
But, it has been noted that this past few months the company has released more PR's since their inception in 2005. If they are diluting, then the shares will be bought IF there are product sales.
Guess they're not selling too many units.
Go ahead MM's; lets get a 5K buy at the ask to prop it up for a second..
.0015 close?
No takers at .0023?
What a suprise.
They're probably saving the big dump for .002
But first they'll prop it up with a few million at the ask, then bring it back down, pump it up, etc...
This should be illegal.
I'm writing my congressman.
I don't have proof of anything. Don't know if they are dilluting or if people are giving up.
Only offering opinions. There are contracts to be had in this growing field, but the market is being overloaded with shares right now; not a unique problem with microcaps, but there need to be transparency or something announced to restore some confidence. 60-70 drop in a week either means they must go back to reevaluate their strategy and see how they can get market share for their product.
Software is the future for pallets:
for efficient management of inventory and ordering based on customer needs in this reshaping of the global economy.
Here's an example of a company that is using a similar system to Cape's:
http://www.mhwmagazine.co.uk/LatestNews/Euro-Fit_use_specialist_software_to_optimise_Far_East_deliveries_-5165.html
So there is definatly potential here, but there is some growing pains until they get going with some contract announcements based on their trade show participations and word trickles out. This is a new and burgeoning industry and these guys are not dumb or cheats, but it is what it is at the moment..
Of course WalMart demands it.
How else they gonna stay on everyone's street corner w/o throwing their weight around...
The shakeup announced at Brambles shows the industry is changing rapidly:
http://www.reuters.com/article/rbssIndustryMaterialsUtilitiesNews/idUSSYD49007220091006
PLUG is also emerging; now offering commercial material moving forklifts: Pallet, Counter Balance, High Lift, Sit Down Heavy Duty industrial equipment.
But in the interim, the lights have to stay on. So, if your long, a little dilution won't kill ya...in fact, it'll make you stronger.
Cost cutting through attrition and job cuts.
Not updated software.
This business model is soooo 2007..
Besides, the trend is plastic pallets with chips in them.
Dilluted my tuna with extra mayo today
No one doubts the product or leadership. Just no market for it.
Another 6.6m
dONT AVE BACK IN UNTIL .002
Stock of Doom
Lovely trading range.
Your dollars help cover overhead such as fuel and paperclips.
Flashy, glitzy: Goya?
No..
Only here because I expected a major distributing contract..not gonna happen, it looks..
Ignore pumpers. This is dilution.
They must pay creditors somehow.
And the lower the price the more shares they get if this turns around next year.
Reality creeping in?
Was worth a shot, but now more than ever it's about cold-hard revenues, and unless you can hang on several months, this and GLCC are done until 1Q, because it at least appears Americanized suppliers are going to take market share away from traditional distributors, and they didn't strike while the iron was hot when they traded 100M shares in August for a few days.
I'm sure GDHI is busy with work, but at the very least they need to get some buzz going, show the market they can be trusted, show that they are scalable and open to any changes that appreciates their shareholders.
New report out.
Predicts the fastest market growth in Asia will be the convience stores.
http://www.prlog.org/10375129-asian-cstore-chains-to-witness-fast-recovery-from-financial-crisis.html
More profit in retail, though..
"Asia-Pacific department stores trade at average 39 times of their forecast earnings, compared with 20 for supermarket and convenience store chains, according to Thomson Reuters data."
But, bigger names are now making inroads into Asia such as France's Carrefore. Also, 7-11 want in, and have broken through into HK, and are combining convience with fast food, by partnering with KFC. They are very organized and uniformed.
You see it's partnering, that's what it's all about.
Ever hear of 'Past performance is no guarantee of future results'?
This was a cute novelty stock 2 months back.
The margins in this business are so slim, it may be years before it realizes a profit. Wages are declining globally, which means convience stores are out. Costco and Walmarts are making headwinds in Asia, much like most of America.
He should have sold out or partnered with another distributor.
Bet they get their 7's today.
It's floodgate waiting to happen. Dyke about to crack.
No news is bad news. Time is not on their side.
Today would be good day for PR
on the heels of Intel announcement allowing more CEO's to dump shares back into the market.
Not expecting it, though.
With these micros, you have to watch for weeks if not months, find the lowest entry, ride it up, and bail out. You can't afford to baghold in this day and age.
Guess what. Chinese wine...it is not good.
Read all about it:
http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/china/091012/chinese-wine-production
And here's a distributor selling a healthful, in-demand product:
http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS100741+13-Oct-2009+PRN20091013
This is dead as money can get. Once they get 7, it's 6,5,4..
I loathe this stock
Seriously? You'd average down on some chinese-bodega distributor?
I thought this might compete against WalMart in Asia the way some people were pumping it. I was WAY OFF!
Safe to say with no PR, this is top
Sat dormant at .0011 for about 5 weeks, after running good early summer.
Could just be rotation/momo play.
No one will sell that low
Most everyone is underwater.
Might as well wait for the next PR. Time moves slow with this stock, Golden Drag-on.
Did they abscond with the money and flee to Canada?
If/when news does break, this float would change hands about 30 times..
Market may brutalize this by end of the week if they don't release some updates. Soon.
They're going to need a private placement
Obviously they cant raise funds or interest in their company when the share price requires a microscope.
CNGL just received a placement of $11M to expand and grow product lines. GDHI o the other hand is counting on a few thousand winos and mints on hotel pillows to boost their revenue.
Let's get with it guys. Let's see some of that capatilism spirit get known..
Plenty of market for product
Airlines required to test water supply per EPA for the first time:
"..The mandates are expected to impact 63 airlines and over 7,000 craft and could potentially raise air flight costs that would ultimately be passed on to consumers. The cost is expected to run some $7 million per year; airlines have been given one and a-half years to develop plans."
Recently, the EPA has been urged by the government to look at reports of polluted drinking water systems in this country’s school systems."
Exactly their targeted market:
NEW YORK and MONTREAL, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that it will be targeting U.S. and Canadian regulatory bodies for the sale of the TOGS(TM) 9000 bio-photonic incubation detection systems.
"BioSpec Global Solutions will be moving to target regulatory agencies in both the U.S. and Canada" said Don Saunders, President and CEO. "Given the advantages not only on time advantage (10 Hours for test results) but the accuracy of these machines, can equip agencies with the technology needed to insure safe drinking water for their citizens."
No 3's today either.
That run is over; was obvious that day was a takedown to load the boat. Too many developments have been occuring with them that benefit the world with testing of food and water for disease..
"..the fecal indicator bacteria (FIB) currently used to indicate water quality in the coastal environment may be inadequate to reflect human viral contamination. Coliphage was suggested as a better indicator of human viral pollution and was proposed by the U.S. EPA as an alternative indicator for fecal pollution in groundwater."
Considering the media attention the problem at Camp Lejune has had, a movement by the Government would be a good response to insure adequate testing to protect health so that people can live longer healthier lives and ultimatly pay more taxes.
A penny won't get you much these days.
But now it'll get you 12 and a half shares of GDHI...
So if you bought 13 shares at 7.50 commission, it would have to go up to .64, or 75,000% to get breakeven.
Google would be worth $388K a share at that rate..lol
This is some dead money right here.
Very sad situation today.
GLCC is taking a beating as well.
A company like this would have to go out of their way to make themselves worthy of an investment; a buyback and subsequent attempt to list on AMEX is a worthy goal. Other gimmicks such as one free share for every ten, or fwd split..But, they really should just offer themselves up for sale or merger and get it over with...
Better chance for your 3's tomorrow.
Almost no trading it today..
There is risk of waiting to get in in case of suprise update AH or on Fri Pre.. Early nxt wk = back to 5's. Prob mid-month update.
