What I mean by that is, I think I knew too much just by scouring the internet and Toms must've felt he needed to shut me up. Remember the Goliath post?

When Toms was asked about these revenues, he said "Please, don't talk about that." Wasn't long after that, the links were dead.
When he was asked about Edwardstone, pretty much the same answer. He was selling CYSG shares and hiding the money there, imo.
I didn't know it at the time but, he was dismantling Cape Systems Group, piece by piece. A lot of it was apparent in the SEC filings but, a lot more went on when the filings stopped, imo. He was selling everything while using Cape's technology to build his own company, DecisionPoint. That didn't work out either.
When I said, a long time ago, that Hugo Biermann called me, he really did. He recorded the conversation. That was the beginning of the end of Toms, imo. He fucked up. He took me for a ride. If he was standing in front of me right now, I'd punch him right in the flippin mouth.
With all the trouble he's in right now, it would be a perfect time to file a class action lawsuit. If that's possible. I wouldn't mind helping out.
I don't care about what I lost. I'm not comfortable with what everyone else is going through. I'm sorry.
FWIW... even if CSG Staffing is a success, it's a last ditch effort to save the investments of the employees that were enrolled in the Cape Systems Group ESOP. Toms screwed them too. All the employees in Texas are SOL. It's not an effort to help save the OTC traders of CYSG past.
