I don't have proof of anything. Don't know if they are dilluting or if people are giving up.

Only offering opinions. There are contracts to be had in this growing field, but the market is being overloaded with shares right now; not a unique problem with microcaps, but there need to be transparency or something announced to restore some confidence. 60-70 drop in a week either means they must go back to reevaluate their strategy and see how they can get market share for their product.
