OMG - EXCELLENT post!!! Thank you for posting...could not have said it better myself.
The sad state of affairs with this 'company' has not changed in years. I really would like to see them bring their 'product' to market, but they have shown me that this is nothing more than a scheme to sell shares.
Where is the water?
I disagree - this will tank just as it has regularly in the past due to dilution, lack of promised product(s), manipulation, etc...
This may be a good (very) short term play, but based on fairly recent past history, folks putting money into this are taking a huge risk.
scam...rip off...waste of time...
some words to describe what this 'stock' is. Same recycled PRs for YEARS...same BROKEN PROMISES for YEARS.
Scammers - these guys promise the world and do not deliver anything except recycled PRs. That's all. No future here, unfortunately.
so...where's the water? It has been promised for YEARS and all we get is recycled PR's and wave after wave of pumpers.
Where is the water?
We used to hear the same thing when this was trading in the 100s of millions in one day - like, "wow! 200 million traded today! Something big is coming!!!!! To tha moon!!!!"
That was 2008....and still no water...still nothing - sorry, except for reverse splits and lots of recycled PRs.
After getting shafted in a HUGE way by this company (50000:1 R/S), I'll never consider it again.
Not a chance - I have seen this company promise and not deliver enough times to know better. No more money from me into the pockets of the guys controlling this stock-selling scheme.
My only hope now for this one is to warn others to avoid it as a long-term prospect - it may be good for a flip here or there, but I think historical precedent with these guys shows that one is likely to lose all or most of one's money if long-term 'investment' is the goal with this one. So my (and many others') advice is to avoid putting any money into this stock-selling entity.
So...how's Inka Grill doing...and the water that was 100% promised to be hitting the market in late 2008 - where's that? I was told directly by Ken Jones in August 2008 that they were going to deliver water by end of 2008. Didn't happen.
This is a typical pink-sheet money maker - not for us, but a scheme to sell stock. Guess who that benefits - the inner circle, not us. No product, no future.
based on my experience - I'd have to say people who are naive, inexperienced, gullible, stupid, etc...
To the pumpers and flippers trying to talk this up - after the 50000:1 R/S, the share price should now be at least $5..and its been over a year since that R/S, so if the 'company' has been making good progress and handling their finances and share-structure responsibly, the share price should have worked its way from that post-split $5 per share.
These guys are liars and are blatantly ripping people off - may be a decent very short-term flip, but you're on very thin ice if you plan to hold this as long term..will likely lose your investment.
I think its a good thing that those of us who have been scammed by these guys keep posting here - if I would have seen half as many comments about this group of profiteer's M.O. when I invested in August of 2008, then I probably would have saved my $2800 (most recent value today = $0.67).
I learned my lesson about pink stock scams with this one. To any people new to this stock - just read the comments and look at the history of this 'company' - they have promised a product for years, lied directly to investors (Ken Jones did so to me on the phone), and consistently executed reverse splits.
Your odds of losing money on this are great if you approach this as a long-term 'investment'.
Btw, if you want to have some fun, call Ken Jones (if you can get a valid phone number for him) and try to schedule a visit to their 'offices'. Last time I tried that, he sounded very uncomfortable and asked my 'why I needed to come by'. I then asked for promotional materials for trade shows and advertising (like any real company will have) and he stuttered a bit as he said they did not have any.
Looking forward to next week to see us "in the pennies"...lol.
I'm not bashing - I have nothing against IDGI.
I just think there's a lot of 3rd party hearsay going on here...probably a lot of pumping (my opninion).
I happen to think its a good play when the pps fluctuates more than it is today.
Nothing for you to get upset about.
Let's see - other folks repeat themselves over and over....like, ".007s are falling faaaast!!!"...and "1 cent, here we come".
I happen to think this is a good play, so why can I not state my opinion?
Not a whole lot of action on this today compared to weeks past, eh?
Soooo...why are we not 'in the pennies', yet? Lol... ;)
no problem :)
well, this was 'supposed' to be in the pennies by now according to most 'educated' folks on this board. I think the fluctuating pps has led other possibly more educated people to take profits while they can.
No need to put people down or get mad just because someone wants to make some cash off this now. Look at it this way - if the pps does rise quickly as many of you think it will, then its no big deal to take profits now...we can just buy in later as the pps starts its quick climb, then profit yet again.
That's the way it works especially in the pinks.

great perspective, fotog1160. The pump on this one has not been balanced enough with reality. Good post!
folks are taking profits :)
just checking in - so the PPS hasn't gone "to the moon" or hit .10 yet? lol.
thank you - all I'm looking for is a balanced perspective here. THank you.
IDGI - great pump going on there...I have tried a few times to suggest taking profits is not a bad idea considering the recent fluctuations in pps, and I get my posts deleted. I think it is a good play, regardless.
hi rkor - I got your message - I read the TOU as you suggested. Nowhere did it say that expressing an opinion on a stock that happens to be contrary to the opinion of moderator and his minions is prohibited.
Therefore I think you deleting my posts was wrong and a sign of a rigged board - I think this rise in pps is pump-driven and I stand by what I said last week - I think taking profits when one can on this one is a good idea.
where is the 2009 collection? I only see 2007 and 2008 on the Inca website. What are they doing for 2009?
the recent PPS history suggests the PPS will drop soon - that is why I suggested this is a good time to take profits. Please do not delete this post as this is my opinion
EXCELLENT post warningWRobinson! Very well stated. NUBV/NBVG is a dead-end investment - I shouldn't even call it an investment...anyone putting money into this 'company' should save themselves the commission fees and just burn their money.
What exactly are you expecting from this company?
I took a look at the NUBV/NBVG posts on the Real Pennies forum...I couldn't take the blatant pumping, so I signed up and contributed my thoughts. I guess that's all we can do for now is keep trying to warn everyone about this dead-end stock.
I was lucky enough to sell my 5mil shares at .0001 last month...just put them up for sale and waited - took 3 sells to get rid of all of them, but considering the B.S. from this company's "management", I'm 100% happy to have lost only commissions on that (relatively small amount of) money.
Thanks to the 1 for 50000 R/S, my $2800 investment is worth about $22.40 today.
To potential investors here, I (and many others burned by NUBV/NBVG) think you should look elsewhere as the odds are huge, that you will lose all or most of your money here.
I think all the latest pics look good for BNPD - not every company display needs to go all out with plasma TVs, dancers, confetti cannons, or whatever the negative posters are expecting. I think the displays in these pics are fine for where the company is right now and its just great to see them promoting the product.
That's only $1000 (+ comm) for that 10mil buy, right. That's not really a whole lot of $$$.
Wow...it never ends with this 'company'. I got lucky and got 100% out of this with my only loss being commissions.
Please add NUBV/NBVG and Kenyatto Jones - 1:50000 R/S earlier this month (Jan 2009), loads of false promises, no product, excuses, etc....
I agree with you...I'm just trying to give my 2 cents to put things in perspective for some folks new to this board who might think this is a good/decent/honest company to invest in.
Their track record speaks for itself - it appears they ARE only trying to sell shares...that's it. No product. Period.
Exactly - they pumped Inka Grill bigtime...and I remember talk on here about some 'Inka sauce' to be marketed and sold in stores by end of 2008. Now Ken is conveniently avoiding fully addressing the whole Inka Grill franchise plan.
Kenyatto and the rest of NBVG management need to provide far more detail of what they've done in Q2 2008 and what they have planned for Q2 2009.
His email was pretty much exactly what I expected to hear...makes excuses that sound reasonable until you think about the company's track record of reverse splits, delays, and lack of transparency. If he's sincere and willing to do the right thing (and I think he will read this), then Ken, how about posting the current business plan itemized with details on current assets, staff pay, production facilities, marketing plan, etc... ? I bet you don't give the share holders any of that (unfortunately).
LETSTHINKSMARTER, you really need to chill out.
