What surprises me is that there was not more attention for the Mediamarket news release.

About6 months ago I email them to say they should retail there product in Europe through Mediamarket. They might already have been negotiating this deal before me sending the email but ... if you would have told me six months ago that they would be in Mediamarket pretty soon, I would have bought more. They really go for the right retail channels and they go fast.

I agree with the pull back but I am surprised that give mediamarket etc. the forecast is not higher.

I understand that many investors sell and/or do not invest (any)more, but I think that al least we should be evaluating and analysing stocks. Hopefully not too many investors turn their backs and do not even look at these companies any longer. So I will check the companies you all suggested (some I know). Thanks.

With regard to ZAGG, it was indeed a great conference call. In the past OTCBB companies would already put a new release when they are talking to a multi billion company.

Well, during the conference call they mentioned the had a meeting with one. And so much more was in that conference call (new products, new regions, marketing, ....).

Don't forget the internet is still the main sales channel (at least I think - facts are in the SEC filings and conference call). People buy it mainly over the internet. Imagine this becomes worldwide available for consumers in their shops when or where they are buying their electronics ... much more million of sales potential ...

I do not want to talk about other stocks at this forum. However, the companies you talk about seem interesting to me. I also have different companies which are beating expectations but none is doing this as ZAGG (profitable for the first time, 300% growth in sales compared to the previous quarter (NOT year on year), limited dependence on debt from now on, ...).

Could you please send the names of the companies which have such an improvement of performance over the last quarter (without the share price going up).

I think these are the companies investors should look at right now.

Rawnoc, I remember you writing that message and selling was the right thing to do before those disappointing results (even though I still believe most of the are in inventories, but anyway).

However, how come you were expecting a disappointing report? What indications did I miss?

Given message 3111, I expect a press release to be release sooner than december. I was thinking of within 1 week ?

"Thank you for your continuing Interest in AYSI. We are about to make a press statement on the company, we were just waiting to get the accounts finished for the 3rd Quarter. "

My conclusion is that there is a lot of uncertainty (given your 4 option) and that only management can take it away by communicating to its shareholders. I hope they give an update on the second mill soon ...

Gilead. Thanks for the more in depth analysis. I indeed think that this quarter is more unusual/exception than the others with regard to finished goods (in terms of build up, in absolute numbers etc.). Indirectly that is also what they say in the press release (I think). But off course it is dangerous in investing to read between the lines (or even more dangerous : to think you can read between the lines :) ...). But, anyway, that's why I bought more shares.

Let's wait and see what happens the coming months.

I agree and as you say it boils downs to how much the finished good will drop off :

I agree partially. Doubling the finished goods is indeed simplistic.

I think you should look at the difference in inventory compared to the previous period(s) so that you would see the inventory being built up.

If you do that then you will see that this last quarter something "extraordinary" happend : there was a large inventory being built up. 785400-85000$, even if you set the 785400 against the highest inventory ever of 320000$ (or around that ?), you see that you still have an unusual inventory of 465.000. If you double that you have more or less 1 million in sales. That is for me the minimum amount they "missed" this quarter.

Two points: on the communication I agree: could have been much better. However, I don't worry too much about whether they could sell the current capacity they have installed (or better : for which customer it is and when). Otherwise they would not install a second line. Moreover they have the intention to go international (Canada, US, cfr. email from CFO) so ... for me the sales potential for the upcoming quaters is 4 M and much more.

As they have already proven their product is excellent, the sales pitch should be easier in other regions.

They are still too much under the radar. So I bought today. I think it will recover to above 2$ the coming days. We'll see.

Questions and remark on value of the inventories :

COmpared with March 30,2008 the inventories increased with around 700.000 $.

Now these inventories : how is it valued ? At manufacturing cost or at sales price ?

If at manufacturing cost, the sales value is double I guess, given their high gross margins (50%). That would be 1.4 M $, combinded with the current sales, you end up with 4 M $ ... Would that be an explanation for the much lower sales ... ?

Anybody any knowledge how the inventories are valued ? Otherwise I will send email to CFO
