Yes, pretty much, July 21, evidently privately communicated July 11 by AMF seeking an enforcement ruling.
Contrary to what many say, the doc names more than Andrew, it names the company Wanderport itself, and also all of the company's officers and employees.
You would be best off by starting some review of the discovery process back around July 22, but most came out during this week.
I summarized my view of what is missing in a post early this morning.
Your summary was quite fine
Sorry you say you will not post further, I will likely post little next week, unless I see something else being undervalued/discounted or start seeing something that dissipates the clouds on WDRP.
Cheers, and good profits to you
pretty quiet here - but nice news lately (proper grade limestone quarry near, great slow-release properties, etc.)
so what is up, pps too high for much interest now, no expectation of large % moves gone ?
as I am not in, this is on my buy on major dip (market driven?) list
First, only a small part of the land is patented (titled, owned), and that appears to be leased to, not purchased by AMY.
The remainder is only claims (i.e. unpatented) and there are a number of different claim owners and similarly a variety of license and royalty agreement terms. In my quick read it looked like everything was licensed, not under option that will result in transfer of claims.
You can find all the messy details in the NI41-103 from the AMY website
Thanks for sharing that. I have been waiting to hear the post water boy indicated would follow of his conversation with Robert
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65692330
Maybe the water boy follow-up was posted and fell victim to the massive delete plague that seems to have been happening (while I was busy otherwise on a pretty active day, ey?).
I really liked the part in Robert's reply to yourself
I have been constantly long for 20 months
until this - now cashed and hoping to feel able to take on the WDRP risk again - could get back in even longer at these pps - but I do not see the red flags going down - there seems to be enough to make an entire fleet moor up in the bay.
As has repeatedly been stated, the International patent that is linked in the iBox is defunct. Follow the link, then go to the Documents tab and at the bottom get the document titled "Written Opinion of the International Search Authority" of 22.05.2008 to see why under the Nation Phase tab it shows that the application, via the German office, is marked "Withdrawn: 23.05.2008"
I do not find any other patent link in the iBox related to the H2O heater - am I missing something there ?
Maybe a search in Canada would be different, but in US
Robert holds no patents in his name
http://preview.tinyurl.com/3sdups6
which goes to
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.htm&r=0&p=1&f=S&l=50&Query=in%2FSIMONEAU-ROBERT&d=PTXT
and has not pending patent applications for H2O heater related technology
http://preview.tinyurl.com/4ykgt4r
which goes to
http://appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.html&r=0&p=1&f=S&l=50&Query=in%2FSIMONEAU-ROBERT&d=PG01
Maybe when water boy posts what is getting run past Robert this can get laid to rest. From my point of view, if there are patents the why not list the patent nummbers with the issuing country/countries ?
Clarity from the company could go so very far in the here and now, but we have been waiting for some of that for over a week at this point.
Or, perhaps that have no good options at this point
also NI 43-101 reports usually give a pretty good rundown of property/claim ownership history. Have not dug into for AMY myself, as the website history page and old PR in 2007-9 timeframe (available in the website news archive) pretty much cover ownership, but do not detail any outstanding schedule of purchase payments, option obligations or future royalties.
BTW a lot of old US mining properties became abandoned and available to new staking because the advent of EPA there could be a lot of reclamation liability involved.
The complete legal document Wanderport and Robert (and/or his company) executed would have to be examined. The agreement would spell out the expectations for performance and conditions vacating the agreement if it is like most such agreements.
That said, Robert would only have to wait out a demise of Wanderport, whether its bankruptcy or other dissolution, to have an agreement in default. If the document specified there are rights of transfer then issues of a bankruptcy sale could enter the picture, but as Wanderport currently shows $4.7 million USD accumulated debt (to whom is not disclosed, but it appears perhaps to be for consultancy fees at an $11,000 per month rate, but that would only be part of it) that/those creditor/s might have ranking in a dissolution.
In any event, it appears that Robert is in possession of all technology, is deeply privy to all IP from the development effort, and the relationships forged. I do not know is whose name the more recent patent applications have filed under, although the financial filings in 2011 make it appear the filing(s?) was paid for by Wanderport using money from two $10,000 private loans from involved parties.
You might want to look at some of the posts of lexit (and sunspotter) recently to this board (and others) re: Cortelassi, Amyot and the early days of Wanderport and other companies and their players, Andrew included.
Thanks for the reply.
Go IR H2O Heater !
Implicate all of Canada. lol
When I read those financials listed I understood they were being served to get info of trading history and/or to freeze holdings in involved equities within accounts of named individuals and companies.
So Robert did not speak to the controversy, aka AMF ?
Richard turned down Andrew's resignation : much speculation on the board over Andrew's annual contract renewal, somewhere around now to a month ago. Any knowledge here ?
So if Richard Martel was selected by Barry Somervail, and the announcing PR had Somervail saying he was going to remain involved in Wanderport, what happened to that involvement ? And what about Sovervail's apparent involvement with Cortelazzi ?
There are many issues with the origination of this company, and especially what residue of that birthing remains to possibly taint its future.
This commitment numbers are gross receipts.
You need to think of the net margin, not the gross sales, if you are thinking toward pps
Robert and UMI (UMC) tighten - good for the IR H2O heater.
Glad to see this news.
But, it is from July 1 ten days before the first Canadian action on July 11.
As repeatedly said, what is good to the IR H2O heater is only good for Wanderport if Wanderport survives and strengthens as a reputable and transparent company.
I still want to see motion toward that.
As I understand the recent lawyer letter there is no action mentioned to defend Wanderport the company in Canada, but Wanderport the company is named and restricted in the AMF order, and without defense within, what is it, 14 days, there could be a default judgement.
Love the IR H2O heater ! Go Heater !
Please Wanderport, help me love WDRP again !!!!
SQI came on my horizon late 2009. Last year after they optioned out Davidson prop to Richfield, which more than doubled that by staking, and with minimum drilling investment Richfield did a 10x to the buy-out, I was pissed at the almost non-existent development SQI was doing (pretty cash low).
I would not be surprised to see the value of their 25% in the JV increase as most of Richfield value at buy-out was in work on what they staked, and one would have to believe the first claims in the area covered better prospects, but then as above so below does not apply to deposits.
Now they have higher costs with the new JV but their ability to raise cash with less dilution is improved.
I have always thought they kept their better BC project when they optioned to Richfield, and they are now starting to work it up again (finally), plus they did get some centrally located Yukon claims fairly early and then optioned more and are working them.
They have been in their areas fairly long and made it through the big downturn, so they know how to manage costs (good given their commitments to maintain claims and options) and they are finally financially able to start working their properties again.
SQI is a long-term for me (for now) with a zero-cost holding. I may expand depending on their field season and pace of the JV, but expect an underlying long gradual uptrend for them with potentials for some big spikes. Their 25% JV is a big game changer in their mix.
Just my opinion of course, do your own headwork.
the Holbrook basin potash exploration is about the only new (i.e. not Cu or Au) thing getting media attention here in AZ lately, and that is very early stage and either high cap exp or much enviro headwind if they go for solution extraction
Manganese in AZ - most people think of the old WW2 workings south central AZ at this point, not Artillery Peak project.
BTW been watching AMY about 8 months now and sort of surprised at the tight range its held in
way too much restriction confusing being posted
As I read the AMF doc the company Wanderport was restricted from making any transactions in WDRP. That was the restriction on the company (and its officers, employees, etc.). There was never any restricting of WDRP being otherwise free trading.
What I do not understand in the new letter is that it seems to be trying to say that only Andrew and other external parties are named.
No, it also names the company Wanderport.
If the company comes out of this with freely traded shares, an open and productive management, continued product development, great. I have never doubted the potential of the product. I wish I did not have to doubt the ability of this company to bring the product to life.
That letter today leaves me scratching my head. It is very self-protecting. It pretty much indicates a very narrow intended use, it names a long list of assumptions, and yet much of what it affirms appear to be assumed in that list.
If the company can clear its image there is hope, otherwise.
More effort is needed for that.

Other than being pretty new it is hard to figure why more are not on to the Predator Group - a lot of prospective ground here and a cash-flow to help.
Today is best share bump yet - can't be long before wider notice is taken.
Cheers
pretty quiet (here and the shares)
a lot of cash, major reputation, a lot of prospective ground (and claims costs), large exploration underway, just hard to value what all came with Shaun R might be why + new ? but one has to believe he held back some of his best unoptioned.
In all fairness it is really hard to take a patented invention on to product, not get ripped, and do all necessary to protect the patent.
Up 5% on what would have been high volume a year ago but not that much for mid 2011, but of course markets in general today and month end . . .
You know, the (near) total absence of the Belize alias says oh so very much to me.
Has anyone read the types of restrictions SEC puts on a pink when it is allowed to trade under cloud of investigation - all the extra requirements they put on the brokers, etc. ?
Hey, cannot PM as using free acct.
I wish I knew half the places to research you seem to
If you go to
http://www.ocpafl.org/searches/parcelsearch.aspx
and put in that address, you find MARTEL JACINTHE L is owner
and following the deed link (upper instrument number) and then view the deed image from 1/11/2008 you find she is said to be a single woman with mailing address in Ottowa ON
The property appears to be in foreclosure and for sale.
I do not recall any of us involved in the exchange last night having said anything about buying in at 0.02, and I started reading the board with the posts mid-day 7/21 and have not missed one.
There is a time to question one's evidence, the color of one's glasses and flavor of one's coolaide, and be ready to reassess from square one suspending prior decisions. That's what happened to me, just too many indicators to stay for now and rather risk the downside of getting back in later if that is how it goes. No 0.02 about it, except my tossing in my two cents on what is going down.
GLTU
My attempt to research on Richard dead-ended with something like over 225 Richard Martel named people in north america. Sort of gave up at that point. I have only seen Andrew B claimed to be associated with (own, direct, etc) 6570542-Canada. I did not follow up yet on all the provided into lexit gave linking Somervail to Cortelazzi, from which WDRP gets seen as a Cortelazzi effort, but there is likely a long trail somewhere for 6570542-Canada in the record of past activity - when I read the AMF doc I had the impression it was involved in the equities trading side of things, but that was just my impression, I guess now from the context of the times it was mentioned.
So does anyone figure the major drop in PNIKD after the conference call ? The $2M cash sufficient through September bothered me, but that is close to the end of the Yukon field season. So obviously there is dilution ahead. It is hard to value their in-the-ground and their unexplored potential, but obviously that is others problem, having seen my Prophecy Resources spin out shares fall around 40-50%, pause their briefly, then go a little more than +1000% in a few days, then back what -40% Monday.
Thanks for your kind offer. I have done my dd, and was "hooked" on the potential of WDRP, and I have lurking (mostly only during times of pps trouble) this WDRP board since before the waterboy alias began, and have been long WDRP all along (until recently). This time I was motivated to post, hence a new alias. At this point I just hope Robert is able to bring a much needed product to the world, would be nice if it is WDRP (already missing that spot in my spreads)but my doubts increase daily.
Pretty much what I was going to suggest to waterboy also, just classic pump/dump, and per the AMF doc done via a moderately extended coordinated group of individuals.
Also, if this is in fact what is/was happening here, then I would wager the plan was to end up with a bang via a scam buy-out ploy as was used with SPPH and another company I was read of earlier today, apparently by the same crew, iirc Patriot Energy. It seemed like Wanderport would be a prime candidate for buyout rumor mongering, so one could imagine just keeping things afloat until then might be satisfying enough.
Somervail . . . Glad you chimed in and added so much.
They must be pretty slippery, as I noticed a couple of their works were closed down about the time Wanderport was gearing up (July '09 give and take a month) and it seems they have a long succession of projects without any apparent interruption or legal consequences.
Yep, you pretty much sum it up. I so would like to see this product available worldwide - just hate that carbonized air.
One thing however, the path from here to the future is not a state function wherein no matter how one goes from A to B the change is always the same. You can hold through the trough if you want. Believe me, I do know how hard it can be to build a sizable pile of "free shares". Others have already converted to cash and still have room to get back in with increased shares if it does stabilize. We could talk all day, and in the end, we would just agree that the future is in the hands of Wanderport's actions at this point. No matter what happens I will (try to) follow the patents - I want some of those IR H2O heaters !!!
You must be looking end of day numbers as I added more then, picking up at 0.0199 (and since rebanked it and the multiplier, not wanting to but then there is this little messy cloud that showed up) and even at 0.0199 I was kicking myself for having held back from bidding at the bottom.
To be fair, that March drop was when some 30 million shares suddenly showed up on the market - something no one seems to have ever figured/explained - oh wait, what's this latest news about ? how has the company been funding operations ? operations ? hmmmm
How can everyone overlook your info sunspotter ?
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65554801 (for anyone unable to see what this post follows up on)
I just reviewed WDRP's last two quarterly financial filings, if you can call them such (and sunspotter, you called it in your post, same auditor, La Posta and Associates, as with Spencer Pharm and others was listed at OTCmarkets.com as the WDRP auditor).
I found it pretty curious how for Q2 WDRP reports zero overheads - no rent, phone, etc. no office supplies, etc. In fact the only change in inflows/outflows for the quarter is the regular $11,000 per month consulting expense. Wow, they now have accumulated to a $4.7 million "deficit" - I guess that gets repaid first if there is ever income exceeding expenses ?
Hey, liked the (near) final post in the SPPH board you (sunspotter) moderated:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64838731
very (sadly) humorous - great to get to laugh when one looses ;-(
And WDRP folks, that board is worth a look for the few weeks from fraud discovery to the end-of-days for SPPH
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=18091
People here should look at your (sunspotter's) "closing remarks" atop the SPPH board, and keep in mind the PR of Owen the Aussy was released on the day of the AMF public release, pretty much following the pattern you mentioned as commonly seen.
Yes, we have the very same Jean-Francois Amyot mentioned by the AMF in connection with WDRP, which sunspotter's post
spells out is all over WDRP via many links
If anyone has not looked into this person's apparent history, here
http://lmgtfy.com?q=Jean-Francois+Amyot (it is safe to use) and there are some rather interesting facts in some of the items. How does that guy publish so many articles in a day at GoArticles.com ? http://goarticles.com/author/Jean-Francois-Amyot/452093/
Well, sure the regulars are getting pretty tired of me in "their" board by now . . . actually just caring, some of this stuff is going overlooked (save by BeerIsGood and a couple others - agree with the name btw). I have held WDRP since only early Q1 2010 when I got in around 0.008 so have seen a lot and was not worried.
That has changed for me. As I have said in my earlier posts, it is all about credibility that enables financing at this crucial part in the development of a tankless IR H2O heater which I hope to buy and hoped to profit from (which btw the Q2 filing seems to say is late Q4 to 2012 Q1) and I do not see any actions that lead toward the company defending its name and image, only some releases that have in fact hurt it further.
Later (yea, I hear you groaning)
It is all about funding production. Exactly Brian. (and thanks for all the time in that translation) Corporate respectability is urgently needed. I have been trying to indicate the same in my other posts. I am delighted Robert has brought the patents this far, and cannot wait for the market to recognize the potential, or to have some microwave water heaters installed But, at this point the Wanderport development to product distribution is endangered. The coming PR release(s) need to be about more than a new website going online, need to initiate a new transparency about the workings of the company, and hopefully some good news from UL and/or Design One, and/or manufacturing and its funding. From all I have read Andrew might just be implicated because of who he knows/knew and because he was doing his job putting out PR, which together gave the appearance of pump and dump. If they had evidence from his equity accounts of WDRP trading it seems they would have mentioned this (more clearly). As it is, they indicate Andrew transacted in the shares, equally as they indicate Wanderport transacted in the shares. How do you figure that ? How do you figure Wanderport has financed everything done so far ? I do not know, the lack of financial disclosure and transparency is and will at this point hurt the company moving forward. This must be addressed and countered. If the company Wanderport dies, Robert is no worse for it, he holds the patents, has gained much toward a marketable product, and has then no company alive to press him to honor an exclusive license to use those patents. Wanderport needs to make itself a respectable company, business partner if it is going to be able to move the product to launch. Why their lawyer is asking this board for help understanding Andrew instead of drafting the appeals needed to get the acquisitions against Wanderport and its persons (there are those distinct accusations) cleared is very worrying to myself, but that seems one of the needed steps. At this point Wanderport needs Robert much more that Robert needs Wanderport, let us not overlook that. Wanderport needs to make itself a useful vehicle for moving the invention into production. That includes actions that support a decent pps so the alreadly large issuance can bring some reasonable funding from future dilution. I hope to see motion that direction this week. I am not trying to move people to weaken in their long stance. I am positioned to be deeper in if and when I see the company stepping up as needed, but like Sushi, at this point I have cautiously lightened here. There is still a very long road ahead, even if Wanderport and all its people are totally blameless, in order to clear this mess and in order to partner toward production/distribution.
Thanks for the translation.
Had to laugh at (have to love Google) :
Ill ORDERS SOUGHT
94. A manure heaps fa aforementioned facts, f'Autorite has . . .
So my concern is not riding this, started in at < 0.01, but impact on WDRP ability to fund product development.
I still do not see how they can go after WDRP and its officers, except by implication as they are seeing "Jean-Amyot French (Vice
president communications)" and Andrew not as contractor but someone in WDRP with "no specific title". From their point of view that is 2 of the 4 players, and both are involved in at least the promotion part (well yes, that is what they were contracted for).
IMO this all hurts WDRP at a critical stage. WDRP needs badly to clear the public perceptions ASAP. Else, we may end up with nothing much more than a memory of how Robert ended up back where he was, holding patents wondering how to capitalize on them, except a little further down the development road for the experience of the WDRP days.
It will be a very telling week.
Hi, New guy on the block here; well sort of, as I have lurked whenever WDRP has done its periodic deep dives. Have been with WDRP since it came out from .006 .008 land late 2009 early 2010, and been there through all the other big retracings (like last year about this time, back to below 0.01 from what was it 0.038 range? that was a long slow recovery).
Anyway, I am glad we may see company move to a more polished PR and especially see a less childish website (too bad the old shutdown was forced to be early). Totally in for seeing this to market but concerned about financing to that self-sustaining stage. I am hoping for a more professional image and attitude (can't show this, not like its unpatented or like units aren't going to be disassembled - what's with that ?) as product readies, and this may just be the catalyst.
I just wanted to thank everyone, some under changed names since my earliest visits (TK) for all the words in the occasional pop in here to reassure myself on my DD and gut on this one. Very surprised at the comment volume this time !!!
So, that's why I signed up to post, plus this:
No one seems to be taking much store in the "Wanderport Corp and its officers" being prevented from trading WDRP shares. How can they do that if it is only Andrew implicated? And for how long is this? I guess it is 0.5 yr before some of RS's shares come back out of restricted, so this doesn't affect available shares for funding cushion near-term ? Any anyway, as I think Belize pointed out, what sort of impact does a provincial CA group have over a US listed security and US corp. and its officers anyway ?
Cheers, still killing myself for hesitating on that 1.5 M ask @ 0.0305 in the last hour before the close Thursday ;-(
Thanks all, and hello
