Thanks for sharing that. I have been waiting to hear the post water boy indicated would follow of his conversation with Robert
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=65692330

Maybe the water boy follow-up was posted and fell victim to the massive delete plague that seems to have been happening (while I was busy otherwise on a pretty active day, ey?).

I really liked the part in Robert's reply to yourself

At present he has not been found guilty of doing anything wrong however it is my understanding that the company is monitoring this CLOSELY and will act should it be within its' right to do so.

which is a well reasoned approach that sounds to appreciate the gravity.

I am still hoping for the best, and still missing the place in my spreads WDRP held since the earliest days of 2010. I am also glad I have been fully out of WDRP, for the first time since then, during this hectic week plus.

Perhaps the multicavity H2O heater and its thermal and safety regulation has been devised in order to show novelty and invention beyond the existing art in hopes of getting past the prior claims failures in the single cavity patent application.

I still am puzzled why patent, patent pending, patent application numbers and country of jurisdiction cannot be provided by the company if they really want to start clearing things up.

The one other piece of hopeful info I noticed today (for that matter this week, most all else being bleak at best) is from lexit where what seems to be the Canadian patent application (apparently in good standing?) was located (and it appears to be the basis of the withdrawn international patent)
(from the lexit post

the patent application link was given is

I know many here do not appreciate all the work of "the new guys" and have said many disparaging things aimed generally at "the new guys". Well I for one appreciate very much the efforts at advancing the state of the shared DD where it has been constructively presented.

Of course, I am also one of those "new guys" but as I have said before, I only finally got an alias so I could share some of what I was seeing, to let people know that some of us lurkers that have been around for a long, long time do have concern when a time of crisis comes along, not just reading and feeding off other's efforts. I had already done my (apparently badly flawed) DD and gone long way before finding this board. When I reassessed my DD and saw others seemingly ignoring some pretty big and unexplained issues, I spoke up. Sorry if that bothered people, but I would always appreciate others doing the same to/for me.

The appearance of a company itself, and its officers and employees, and one individual named separately that is contracted by the company, all being prevented from trading in CA in shares of the company; together with not being able to find any evidence of a patent in good standing (granted, pending, or applied); together with nothing more than two fluffy PR and two apparently ill-informed lawyer letters for over a week; together with evidence showing the company originated by the efforts of individuals implicated in multiple scam companies and equity manipulations; well, that is all quite discouraging. That also, to me, summarizes much of what the company needs to address (I would also like some detail on the current financials, like itemization of the $4.7 million accumulated deficit held on the books, and size of shareholdings of officers, employees, associated business entities, and contractors, and their current estimate of gross margin on the product units.)

We will see what the week brings. I would really love to see the H2O heater move to market, and I would like to participate (again) via WDRP, but for me the bar looks pretty high for the Company to make me comfortable with the risk, and I imagine funders for development and production at this point may have many of the same issues.

Good weekend all.
