It is all about funding production. Exactly Brian. (and thanks for all the time in that translation) Corporate respectability is urgently needed. I have been trying to indicate the same in my other posts. I am delighted Robert has brought the patents this far, and cannot wait for the market to recognize the potential, or to have some microwave water heaters installed smile But, at this point the Wanderport development to product distribution is endangered. The coming PR release(s) need to be about more than a new website going online, need to initiate a new transparency about the workings of the company, and hopefully some good news from UL and/or Design One, and/or manufacturing and its funding. From all I have read Andrew might just be implicated because of who he knows/knew and because he was doing his job putting out PR, which together gave the appearance of pump and dump. If they had evidence from his equity accounts of WDRP trading it seems they would have mentioned this (more clearly). As it is, they indicate Andrew transacted in the shares, equally as they indicate Wanderport transacted in the shares. How do you figure that ? How do you figure Wanderport has financed everything done so far ? I do not know, the lack of financial disclosure and transparency is and will at this point hurt the company moving forward. This must be addressed and countered. If the company Wanderport dies, Robert is no worse for it, he holds the patents, has gained much toward a marketable product, and has then no company alive to press him to honor an exclusive license to use those patents. Wanderport needs to make itself a respectable company, business partner if it is going to be able to move the product to launch. Why their lawyer is asking this board for help understanding Andrew instead of drafting the appeals needed to get the acquisitions against Wanderport and its persons (there are those distinct accusations) cleared is very worrying to myself, but that seems one of the needed steps. At this point Wanderport needs Robert much more that Robert needs Wanderport, let us not overlook that. Wanderport needs to make itself a useful vehicle for moving the invention into production. That includes actions that support a decent pps so the alreadly large issuance can bring some reasonable funding from future dilution. I hope to see motion that direction this week. I am not trying to move people to weaken in their long stance. I am positioned to be deeper in if and when I see the company stepping up as needed, but like Sushi, at this point I have cautiously lightened here. There is still a very long road ahead, even if Wanderport and all its people are totally blameless, in order to clear this mess and in order to partner toward production/distribution.
