First, only a small part of the land is patented (titled, owned), and that appears to be leased to, not purchased by AMY.
The remainder is only claims (i.e. unpatented) and there are a number of different claim owners and similarly a variety of license and royalty agreement terms. In my quick read it looked like everything was licensed, not under option that will result in transfer of claims.
You can find all the messy details in the NI41-103 from the AMY website

I sent an email using the AMY webpage ... not that this is a show-stopper by any means ... just curious who sold the land? Anyway, I'll quit beating a dead horse and let you guys know if I can find anything ... appreciate the responses!
