Have not dug into for AMY myself, as the website history page and old PR in 2007-9 timeframe (available in the website news archive) pretty much cover ownership, but do not detail any outstanding schedule of purchase payments, option obligations or future royalties.

BTW a lot of old US mining properties became abandoned and available to new staking because the advent of EPA there could be a lot of reclamation liability involved.
