As I wrote privately, Matt, I'm content with the situation and don't want to belabor the point; especially with public posts. 'Value' is a subjective matter, and context is important. Thanks again.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
Hey Matt! Maybe you and Bob can buy AtomicBobs...
...and rename it to AtomicBobZ.
LOL!
I don't want to waste Matt's time with it, fringer...
You and 4Godnwv have a nice little toutish treehouse over here that the SEC is gonna chop right down. LOL!
ROTFLMAO!!!!
I see you've demonstrated your toutish bias by banning my dissenting voice from the Telynx (scam) board. Banning those who post about the reality of that fraud will not save it from the justice to be imminently served by the SEC.
I don't mind the ban, but will you have the integrity to release it when the stock is deregistered so I can have my last word?
A comment for Matt, since that is the purpose of THIS board...
Despite it's technical superiority over other message board media, IHUB has garnered a reputation as a site that fosters stock price manipulation because the moderators of stock boards are permitted to censor the discussion and exclude those with dissenting opinion. While I'm not advocating that the madness of RB's unmoderated shouting matches is desirable, I wonder if you recognize that biased moderators ultimately pose a threat to the good-will of the site. (To your credit, I do note your righteous frying of a certain 'pumping clown' who moderated many boards here at one time).
Inspired a new euphemism in the online lexicon...
Cheezit-for-brains!
...and it really IS eSignal's Director of Internet Portals.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been banned from RB for a long time, fringer...
...and the story is posted here for anyone who might be interested in the facts rather than your snide implications:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=13672203
RB's signup was broken from Friday evening until Tuesday evening. Nobody could sign up.
I'm truly sorry you're gonna lose money on the Telynx scam, fringer, but I did try to warn you.
LOL! I saw that session.
I came to the conclusion long ago that the repbots at RB and their boss (the guy in the picture below holding a box of Cheezits) haven't a clue about what they're doing.
eliaman- Do you have access to the actual tape?
What you claim is an illegal trade could easily have been a late print for a trade that took place before the halt. All you see is the time of the print, not the time of the trade.
We're 31 seconds out of sync. LOL!
Just click 'Hide Board Info' next to where it says 'Go to Post #" and the noise will be abated.
Yep. Their email confirmation phase of their signup is screwed up and they're not even aware that they have a problem. eSignal has steadfastly destroyed whatever good will remained after Lycos and Daum's neglect; so I suppose I'll be posting here more often.
Can you post? Did you get a confirmation email?
Members here may be amused by the strange coincidence that the signup procedures at AtomicBobs (as of 1/2) and RagingBull (as of 1/19) are completely disabled. Nobody can sign up a new account at either site.
Happy New Year!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cortellazzi's doing it again! When are you gonna learn that nothing he does is legitimate?
LOL! Right, fringer...
It's not a 'delisting hearing', but it IS a deregistration hearing. You can't 'delist' what isn't listed.
The filings are a joke, fringer. Safadi needs an attorney who knows securities. Ochoa doesn't have the experience or the expertise to pull off a credible defense in front of the ALJ.
LOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!!!!!!
Does posting such a moronic cliché make you feel somehow useful? I always wondered about another cliché -- 'thick as a brick'. Thanks for the demonstration.
I doubt we'll ever see the actual text of the answer from TLYN, jurisper. If we want to see it, the only avenue will be a FOIA request; but no sense wasting time with that until we see when the delisting hearing is scheduled.
Not necessarily, fringe. It's quite obvious that much has been omitted from the recent filings--for example the disposition of the Laurus deals or unresolved UCC filings--and the character of the recent filings will certainly be considered. In any case, there are still filings that are outstanding.
We all know that the SEC uses the non-filer hammer to beat down scams as a procedure that's less expensive than a full-blown investigation and trials in district courts. IMO, he Commission is justly gonna squash TLYN like a bug.
Deregistration looms, fringer. More likely sooner than later.
Instead of your usual insulting remarks, why don't you try to explain (rationalize) the 'sales and marketing services' that the company booked to the tune of nearly a million dollars? What services were performed and by whom?
jurisper- The filings are laughable, obviously not written by an attorney who is familiar with such matters. The latest, like those previously, manifest inconsistencies and omissions.
That aside, the fact that they're trying to get away with saying they spent $963k on sales and marketing services had me laughing aloud.
If you had read my posts on the Raging Bull board, you would have known all about the Botaniex scam. I busted every aspect of that fraud.
Are you PUI, fringer? Sure seems that way.
I'm sorry you don't like the fact that my opinion differs from yours, but that's what makes horse races. Your posts to me demonstrate frustration with the progress of your investment and you seem to be taking it out in the form of angry personal attacks that are unworthy of one entrusted to moderate this forum.
Are you planning to attend the deregistration hearing?
I'm one of the good guys, tweedie; but I'm reviled by many as a relentless 'basher'. If you're a tout, look out. LOL!
Fed people on the take? You'll have to be more specific before I believe something like that. What do you mean by 'Fed people' anyway? I deal with facts, tweedie, and I'm not interested in wild-assed conspiracy theory rumours.
See my profile for an email address.
vtopa- The link is to an article written by the poster himself, and if you look at his profile you'll see that he's already been booted. In a sense it's kind of autobiographical, because he was sued by the SEC and couldn't afford an attorney to defend himself. If you're interested, I can give you zillions of references; but there's really no reason that you should be.
As for this stock, you can't say that you weren't warned. It's going to go to subpenny again eventually at which time it will be reverse merged with yet another scam and it will start all over again.
I'm asking here for the purpose of discussion, fringer. You seem to want to discourage this. No matter. I'm outta here for now.
I can't find any officers/directors in common, jurisper, but I haven't done a comprehensive study yet. It's also possible that the intersection occurred in the period when there were no filings by either company.
I guess this goes in the category of things that make ya go hmmmmm.....
Preferreds are never registered, fringer...
...because they don't trade on an open market. It's the supervoting privs that give the preferreds their value. Why won't you address the issue I raised if indeed the preferreds have been cancelled? You won't discuss any possibility that everything isn't as rosy as you suggest, and prefer to simply call those who have a differing opinion by a variety of pejorative names.
When Mataras left, what did he take? Are you suggesting that he simply walked away? If Telynx has such potential, why would he do that?
Ahem...your own words, fringer.
I look forward to a public statement from TLYN on this matter, as private telephone calls don't carry much water when disseminated on a bulletin board.
If the preferreds have indeed been retired, then Safadi doesn't control a majority of votes. This means that actions such as splits or other modifications to the company's corporate structure cannot be made without a properly proxied vote of the shareholders at an annual meeting.
You made the comment about the preferreds, fringe. So why not apply your own standards and back it up with some facts?
Regardless, the question is posed for discussion rather than in the expectation of an answer from you or anyone else. Safadi obviously isn't interested in answering the question on the record; and therein lies the SEC's insistence on current filings. If Safadi was properly compliant, there would be no question about the status of the preferreds.
Speaking of knee-jerks...
LOL! I'm entitled to my opinion about Safadi, fringer. I don't trust him--not even a little bit. You keep trying to make this personal (in direct contradiction to your responsibility as moderator here), but it's not about me.
Now, would you like to discuss my question?
Who exactly is handling Telynx affairs in the mid-east?
Here's another...
Why didn't Safadi formally disclose the 'retirement' of Mataras' preferreds that you postulated? I don't believe such an action has been taken. Without the votes from those shares, Safadi doesn't have enough votes to control the company.
I never commented on Safadi's ethnicity, fringe. I wrote that his 'mid-east connections' make him a worthy target for serious investigation, and I stand by that statement. Consider that the Grins are very well connected with the Israeli military and intelligence community, for example. Who exactly is handling Telynx' purported mid-east operations? Inquiring minds (and the Department of Homeland Security) want to know. LOL!
Yes, but no, oldbold...
The SEC often takes its sweet time with 'further action', and unless you want to start hammering 'em with FOIA requests their discussions with the company are not revealed to the public. Suspensions like this generally tank the price of the stock at the very least. Some players who have a big tolerance for extreme risk like to bet on a bounce when the trading resumes.
Personally, I wouldn't touch Telynx stock with a three-meter pole. LOL!
An interesting double standard, fringer. As moderator, you can post vulgar insults likt this?
"Maybe all three of you can meet up spmewhere to discuss the end of the world as we know it, holding hands and praying in a circle jerk of some kind during the Administrative Hearing as TLYN is granted approval to move forward, it's up to date filings duly noted and accepted."
oldbold- There isn't really a formal timeframe. Trading is suspended until the 17th. If the SEC wants to pursue it further, they'll announce an intent to deregister the stock and will schedule a hearing. If you want a sense of the timeframe, visit the SEC's website and look at recent similar actions.
LOL! I was the one who exposed Acs when he first issued that long series of bogus press releases in '04. Do a little research please before you post a hackneyed knee-jerk response and personal attack that you wouldn't tolerate by others.
"Sound like he's a real hero to you... someone you look up to, value his opinion."
I suppose that as the board's moderator, you permit yourself this lengthy personal attack. I don't mind, of course, considering the source. LOL!
You used the word 'opinion' four times in your post, sue. Good luck to you. I hope you don't have much invested here.
Your comment describes another useful acronym, oldbold...
PSS
Penny Stockholm Syndrome!
LOL!
"sounds like you may have fallen in LOVE with this stock and don't like it to be called a POS."
