oldbold- There isn't really a formal timeframe. Trading is suspended until the 17th. If the SEC wants to pursue it further, they'll announce an intent to deregister the stock and will schedule a hearing. If you want a sense of the timeframe, visit the SEC's website and look at recent similar actions.
