LOL! Right, fringer...

It's not a 'delisting hearing', but it IS a deregistration hearing. You can't 'delist' what isn't listed.

The filings are a joke, fringer. Safadi needs an attorney who knows securities. Ochoa doesn't have the experience or the expertise to pull off a credible defense in front of the ALJ.
