Nice news from IVFH also checkout EXBX chart, front end loading and no news?
Speaking about popularity:
"Despite a lukewarm economy, artisanal foods are searing hot, and there’s no sign of a cool-down. Specialty food sales soared by 19.1 percent between 2009 and 2011, according to the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade. Meanwhile, research firm Packaged Facts reports nearly half (46 percent) of U.S. adults agree or strongly agree that they “like to eat food or beverage products with artisan appeal.”

IVFH has already announced funds are available for promising start-ups. The above link is their "From the Gourmet" Facebook blog.
PS> I am an equal opportunity investor, I don't care why it goes up but this one is long overdue IMO.
The problem with Sam is he is too transparent; He releases audited earnings and files on time although at the very last minute whereas most of our other popular IHUB stocks never file, never audit and would faint dead away if by chance they ever earned a real profit.
We need a "hip" CEO someone that picks up on the "buzz" and hops on board. Maybe we could add some medicinal POT to the mix, or PIZZA ... whatever happened to that guy?
Sam has brought us back from the dead. We are in the food business, what can IR's say excite decimal-heads if the earnings don't speak for themselves?
However let one Celebrity Chef on the food network push some exotic new chicken dish using one of our newly added "rare" ethnic seasonings and you could get a 1 MILLION well educated cooks tweeting passionately to their 10 million friends and you will change your tune.
Seriously I have owned most of them from the get-go and SKTO is the only one I'm holding now. As more and more States jumped on this bandwagon it became apparent that this was a much larger opportunity than any of the small cap players we were playing with could handle.
Pot is heading right up there in one of the fastest growing industries and ripe for attracting real marketing pros with big $ to make things happen fast.
I ain't betting the ranch but this could be the real thing with the background of two recent execs sign ons. The rips in the daily trading should make sellers wary; like sharks going through a school of bait fish.
Certainly its a highly visible wide open international blackhole and many eyes are looking, legitimate and no doubt otherwise.
All IMO.
Persuit of perfection sounds quit noble and lawyers are actually knights of the rounds table or were trained to be. How about judges are they also in search of perfection? If so why would any judge accept without question a verdict containing a glaring math error?
Wouldn't a perfectionist note such an error and have a brief conference with the jury to show them such? Perhaps not a "honorable" option for judges but even so I would think he would wish to quickly correct the error unles perhaps he didn't understand the math.
No but I do understand time = money for them, a personal example after filing a loan at the court house I got an additional bill for $10; "why", I asked. "We had to open the letter from the court house acknowledging the filing". So you charge $10 to open an envelope? Yes was the reply.
So I send you my $10 check and ....
I think somebody ought to knock on his door and check on him, maybe he fell or something. Been almost 6 months I think waiting on a corrected math problem from the jury figures; seems rather simple to me but then I am shrouded in ignorance and not that unhappy about it if this is what deep thinking accomplishes in 6 months.
Could dysfunction by lawmakers be spreading to our legal system?
I am asking while shrouded in ignorance, is there no limit to how long a judge can procrastinate? Should we include VRNG shares in some time capsule to be opened is 2113?
Obviously judges are not paid by the decision but annually even if they appear to do nothing. Could this explain why it takes years to execute mass murderers where 100 years ago they would have been hung probably the next day?
Seriously though I do appreciate your explanations of this event or non-event.
You have to be feeling pretty good Deep Down now. You were nearly by yourself along time with this one. Your patience paid off.
Nice to have.
Congrats.

Averaging down? My brother also bought $1000 WGAS about a year ago and confessed to selling it recently for $77 for a tax loss. He could have bought more instead and waited 3o days or so to sell his original shares to register the tax loss and still maintain a remote possibility of getting even.
I say remote based on WGAS history of pumps and dumps, or as a yahoo poster says "wash rinse and repeat". And whomever cheers for the CEO that recommended the last RS and get another chance to sing his praises if they keep pasting the mms with 5 million shares a day.
History is history and I doubled down yesterday so I'm just a wounded bull.
Averaging down only makes cent$ if you truly believe in the company's prospects.
Looks like a checkered past and the grapes are fresh and sour and I know nothing about this stock except it has apparently a low float and some new product developments in a market hungry for new products.
I have had my share of penny flakes and nothing burns like seeing them resurrect themselves and begin to reward believers. I also understand that the current rally just equals a tiny fraction of the historic price so one may conclude further advances could follow.
GLTA.
Your welcome of course, I express myself better via email and have formed a negative opinion of CEO's that are too available for investor calls. Some of our penny execs appear to never leave their keyboards judging by the onslaught of dreamy PRs.
Here we have a company specializing in exotic food items demanded by working chefs. Seems ready-made to me to explore the what and why. Dr Oz can send a million women out searching for a bottle of Red Palm Oil @ $28 a bottle by casually mentioning it on day, who knows what else is possible for IVFH's products.
""I appreciate your suggestions and appreciate you being a shareholder. ( for the long term so far - as you appropriately pointed out )
We have, of course, looked at similar types of "tie ins" -but I would be more than happy to have a phone conversation about your suggestions and/or to answer any questions you may have.
Thanks""
I sent this to Sam, I will post if he answers:
As a longer term investor than I originally planned to be, I have watched your (our) stock get ignored in spite of all your accomplishments and attempts to attract investors. Yet I see you sell to top chefs around the country and what I know is how to create BUZZ for a company. Seems to me you already have much more than most except its a secret.
Foodtv.com as no doubt your aware promotes celebrity chefs and their recipes and I don't think its a secret that often their weekly recipes often call for exotic unknown specialties. Such as my wife brings home and has no idea how much it cost ( I am retired and need to watch our budget). When I look at your product lines I see scads of items I had no idea existed. You obviously have some demand for them and my question who and why?
Run some type of survey or contest for your chefs most exotic recipes. I would bet you'll get some takers and even consider this. The foodtv people are always it seems looking for new talent to promote. I have no in with them but have been a fan since they found a obscure chef I quickly liked and made him a tv star... Emeril Lagesse.
Me2, I did more than double up on the way down but couldn't believe the sub penny prices and all that volume. Couldn't pull the trigger, looked like good money after bad but I was wrong.
Tony and Black Cat are gone so its a new ball game.
I looked back at my post from Jan 3 showing the blast off that did not die, as so many do. Note the late move yesterday through .007 on 95 Mil lite volume for this issue. Meaning as I see it the supply of the shares is shrinking rapidly.
Remember the 450 mil volume at the end of Jan3 week moved BMSN 50% higher, yesterday 95 mil did the same. That's momentum in my book

Regen Dreamer is pretty happy this morning as are all true believers including me. WGAS did OK too >0065 to .031.
There aren't many $5m mkt cap metalurgical coal mines. Here is an example from yesterdays news:
>>>PIRAEUS, Greece, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- NewLead Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NEWL) ("NewLead") today announced that the Company has entered into an agreement to acquire title and excavation rights in properties containing 18.6 million tons of estimated coal reserves for $11.0 million. NewLead also entered into an agreement to acquire ownership and leasehold interests in properties containing approximately 143.1 million tons of coal for $55.0 million. <<<
....Once we have acquired all of the assets, our coal reserves will consist primarily of sub bituminous B coal, which is 13,500 BTU with low sulfur. We will also have 'Blue Gem' and 'Rich Mountain' seams of coal, highly sought after in the international market. <<<

$VSUT .075 +.025, News today. purchased an adjacent mine with existing permits (transferable)plus obtained senior Columbia coal expert 40 years experience in Columbia natural resources.
Got rid of last of toxic finacing. Blue Skies ahead IMO.
Sweet PR and Briefing.com picking it up could correct one of my early misprints recommending VSUT at .12 meaning .012. Thanks for this one.
You have a lot more reason to be happy with your pick but I am very happy too. Last time I had a triple zzz lift off it ran to .20 but without me the last nickle (LBSR) before that it was CTEI .008 to .75 which I nailed most of it.
Of course I have many more mistakes I don't mention.
I think $VSUT is still too cheap at .025; 2 Metalurical coal properties in Columbia ($1+ p/s reserves), a CEO that knows the business and now holds 11 million shares of the 77 mil o/s. And is negotiating for adjacent properties.
Its 10 bags off the bottom but less than half its recent high of .06. Off shore and Risky but Met coal is a hot commodity and Columbia mines that can produce 50,000 tons are being scooped up.
2$ in 2 years maybe

Look at the chart above Dutch, see those opening gap-ups? Several in a row and yesterdays reversal on staggering volume, pretty impressive IMO.
Most transactions in these types of stocks are between people that know whats happening now and those just know the history.
I am a bagholder too.
Drove through Canada recently on our semi annual treks between Michigan and Boston. First time since 911. Impressive how vibrant the economy seems there what we saw of it. Great highways, many new cars on the road, folks obeying speed limits.
Mention those observations to a recent ex-Canadian teaching in a hospital outside of Boston and she explained the secret: "Everybody in Canada pays their fair share of taxes".
However they often cross over to buy American gas and cheese-burgers.
Cheers
Nice Thread here.
VSUT .12 ,this is going to get interesting soon. 208 Page permit filed 12/13/12, production possible 2nd quarter 2013.

Well West Virginia is cooler than 120 in the Summer. I own one of these rentals in Canaan Valley, WV (3500 elevation) summers here are cool, 90s are rare; if we could bottle that mountain air we could sell it Austin where my son lives for big bucks.

$VSUT, I have been in this one from .04 down to .0025 and now attempting to reverse course. Another IHUBer has accumulated a million shares down here and I hope he has a very good 2013.
...VSUS Technologies, Inc. ( OTCQB : VSUT ) is an emerging company that is acquiring coal concessions in Colombia in order to satisfy the world market demand for coal. Once a concession is acquired and the necessary financing is obtained, the Company will begin all the required environmental and geological studies to get them into production as efficiently as possible. The Company plans to have three revenue producing business units in Colombia: coal mining, coking oven facilities, and docks and river transportation along the Magdalena River. For more information on VSUT visit their website at www.vsustechnologies.com.

Capitol One does, I know.

And there other SA deals this past year; some mentioned Goldman Saks as agent for buyers I recall. Hard to believe sizable reserves would not attract lots of interest.
Its most likely when not if for VSUT holders now IMO.
After .75, EVERYBODY GOING TO BE HAPPY!
It ain't for chickens.
By the way VSUT may control 100 m$ reserve of metalurical coal in S America and have heard of several inst size buys of similar companies. Back up to a penny now but still pretty cheap.
Pilgrims Pride. Oh I was in there on the bottom (.14) but it stalled after running to .88 and something else came along and its like that country song: "She met another and BAM she was gone".
Moral, these ideas have the potential to change your lifestyle but you have to lock them away.
Health South crashed nearly into oblivion once and you could have a ton on money if you had just a little brass and patience.
Good Idea IMO. specialized shark tank.
Impressive! Actually thought about it when apple started swooning. But haven't felt lucky for some time. Rimm was a past favorite of the best trader I ever knew. GL with it.
Yes, Its been a long dismal ride since the "whoops, someone forgot to read the indenture." cost shareholders a few 100 mil shares.
