I am asking while shrouded in ignorance, is there no limit to how long a judge can procrastinate? Should we include VRNG shares in some time capsule to be opened is 2113?

Obviously judges are not paid by the decision but annually even if they appear to do nothing. Could this explain why it takes years to execute mass murderers where 100 years ago they would have been hung probably the next day?

Seriously though I do appreciate your explanations of this event or non-event.
