I just found an old certificate from 2009 signed by David Koos for a small amount of series B restricted preferred shares from Bio Matrix Scientific Group. Can someone give me any information on this. Thanks!
Only thing I can find on Cross Entertainment is it's accepting of Covid PPP money for 1 or 2 employees ($23K ) in 2020.
Just visited 1206 East Warner Suite 101I Gilbert AZ. The entry marquis has "Rivulet Media" listed in suite 101-I. The actual door at the suite posts "Cross Entertainment". Nobody home the day after Thanksgiving.
Interesting. I wonder if the rights to the monthly rent from the two communications towers was transferred in this purchase. That would be somewhere between 5k-10k monthly. Well, perhaps not that high...but close.
**UNREAL how no one is following this company. Might be the most undervalued .0003 company around. Sold more rights to this film.

Phoenix Business Journal

Aaron Klusman has big plans for the iconic Union Station in downtown Phoenix.
The co-founder, chairman and CEO of Gilbert-based Rivulet Media Inc. plans to move the company headquarters to the former train station at 401 W. Harrison St., and develop a mixed-use project that will include a production studio, residential tower, boutique hotel and office space on 10 acres.
According to Vizzda LLC real estate database, Klusman paid $4 million to Spring Communications LP for the 30,267-square-foot Union Station building that was built in 1923.
There are two telecommunication towers on the 7.34-acre site, located within an opportunity zone south of the southwest corner of Third Avenue and Jefferson Street, according to Vizzda. The property also includes the iconic Icehouse, an arts and entertainment venue.
Phoenix Union Station, which is nearing its 100th birthday, is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Rehabilitation work on the former train station is beginning now, with the first phase expected to be completed between fall 2022 and spring 2023.
Klusman said it's too soon to determine the number of residential units that will built, as well as how many square feet will be dedicated to the production studio and headquarters.
He also said it's too soon to determine total development costs of the project.
Klusman likens the project to a modern-day Warner Brothers studio lot, with some edge and grit while keeping true to Phoenix's unique storyline.
Rivulet Media's wholly owned subsidiary, Rivulet Films, plans to be involved in this mixed-use production studio, to include its film, television, animation, music and gaming production, Klusman said.
Rivulet Films announced at the recent Cannes Film Festival its acquisition of the sequel to Law Abiding Citizen starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler as well as “John Wick” writer Derek Kolstad’s action-thriller franchise “Acolyte.”
Rivulet Films is releasing Machine Gun Kelly’s new film Taurus later this summer, along with Demi Moore’s film “Please Baby Please” this fall. Klusman and Rivulet Films’ CEO Michael Witherill and President Rob Paris have been involved in many films together for more than 15 years, most notably John Wick.
A separate documentary proposed by Rivulet on former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio previously announced does not yet have a release date.

2 new films. Big names. Seems like great things happening, but they wont communicate with shareholders except via filings. Good and bad.
But it is odd how nothing trading very often.
1. See filing from today, good news.
2. See they sold North American rights to last movie for distribution (https://deadline.com/2022/05/colson-baker-taurus-movie-release-date-rlje-films-1235025069/)
Def not a pump scheme here (which it was a bit more). Seems I'm the only one here other than a couple more. Seems to have potential.
Rights for Please Baby Please (North Americas) sold or licensed.

Already many good films in the works with good actors and directors. This might have legs!
Good one. Hoping for any bone.
Please Baby Please give us an update on The Mistress
TOTALLY UNRELATED... anymore.
This was BMSN, parent of RGBP at one time.
Is now a film company, but legit with big projects going.
Head guy produced the John Wick films, and has big ones going and wrapped now.
Incidentally, RGBP FLYING today... Got a license deal with a $45/share company.
How is this related to RGBP? Or is it not? Thanks
it's hardly trading and down big on little volume. This is going to take a long time to build any momentum. Hopefully they start producing some good movies and get bought out by a bigger media conglomerate.
Loving the action...anyone know why?

Looking forward to all the projects they have going. Looking forward to Revs...
Check it out
At least we have a real company doing real things. Will it work out? Time will tell.

John Patrick Shanley to write & direct The Twinkle Brothers for Rivulet Media
Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer John Patrick Shanley will write and direct the upcoming comedy The Twinkle Brothers for Rivulet Media. Rivulet Films will produce with recently named President Rob Paris taking the lead. Casting is underway with filming to begin in New York this fall.

The Twinkle Brothers is a tale told by avuncular café owner Mordecai who, when tasked with the responsibility of looking after his precocious six-year-old granddaughter Rita for an afternoon, spins her a yarn about Freddie and Miguel, two insanely competitive brothers from Puerto Rico who come to New York and end up with competing restaurants directly across the street from one another. The brothers stop at nothing to be the best on the block, ratcheting up the competition to the delight of their neighbors who are treated to bizarrely spectacular light shows, dueling Santas, and seemingly endless plates of delicious and comforting food.
Shanley is a playwright, screenwriter, and director whose original screenplay, Moonstruck, won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Shanley also wrote and directed Miramax’s Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated Doubt, starring Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams, and Viola Davis and was based on his Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Doubt, A Parable.” Most recently, Shanley wrote and directed Bleecker Street’s Wild Mountain Thyme, an adaption of his play “Outside Mullingar,” starring Emily Blunt, Jamie Dornan, Jon Hamm, and Christopher Walken.

The Twinkle Brothers reunites Shanley with Paris, who previously served as Shanley’s agent during his tenure at CAA. Said Paris, “I so desperately missed speaking with John every day that I stalked him until he agreed to let me be a part of this film. I cannot wait to get started.”
Lets hope that is indeed the case.
You'd think that the wallstreetbet boys would be all over this one.
TBH was going to sell a min ago but I'll stick around for the actors/actresses.
Lot of action here.. All I see in 8-k's is rivu selling shares way under worth.. Smells koosy!?
Very Interesting. Thnx Nice to see ya LaddyMan.
NO KOOS...
Real company seems, has projects going with well known actors!
We'll see...
Hello All,
Been awhile since I've been around or posted anything "6 years". I see BMSN is no longer and its changed to RIVU which leads me to my next question. Is the koos fool affiliated or anyhow tied to this company anymore? Cuz I hope not. And is there any timelines or deadlines that are important for our shorterm future?
At least this company has things in the hopper:
https://deadline.com/2020/12/john-magaro-chasten-harmon-mistress-rivulet-media-1234659037/
And I had to pay for the transaction; more in fees than what I had stock!
From 34,000 shares to 17 , what a deal.
Thanks. Mine is not showing up as RIVU. Just as some ‘gibberish’ numbers and letters. Let me followup.
Thanks again
BMSN had a 2000/1 reverse split. MY BMSN now shows up as RIVU on my Ameritrade statement. Have a great day and good luck to you.
Hello all. I was holding BMSN and realized that RIVU is the new company. Can someone let me know what happened to all the BMSN shares? Are they supposed to convert to RIVU? or just kiss them goodbye?
Thanks, and I am late to the party!
