By the way, how are you calculating a 3 MM market cap? It's under $1 MM right now. That's a strange number to reach. Are you sure you are using the correct stock's numbers?
This is not anything new tiger. It's a startup. It is based on valuations on future prospects. In case you do decide to try and jump in for some quick percentage gains today if does make some movement up, though, and take my advice - good luck. I do hope you do well. Good luck to you and everybody else.
That's a website mixup brother. Wrong company. These guys are doing something different. Still good prospects, just no stem cell (somatic or basal) involvement at all. This is about using healthy adult cells spatially separated with a specific technique that Dr. Casey has developed, to regenerate tendons and ligaments. That's what the company's most recent PR on OTC site is all about.
Lmao! 130 to read an article on a penny stock priced at .0021, with a market cap under $ 1 MM?! That is absolutely ludicrous. Quite hilarious, though. The only reason I could think the information would be that valuable would be if the stock were in for an imminent price spike that would make it worth buying before a pump group locks the float out and takes the price into a short squeeze well above current levels. Unless they actually think people are foolish enough to actually pay the $130 based on no apparent other reason, which very well may be all it is.
Lol. I assume they are referring to that mixup that occurred, where everybody was pushing it on the pretense of the www.tcell.com site, instead of the actual company that is being traded here. They could, of course be trying to misconstrue the entire thing and saying both companies are one and the same again. What's the consensus?
No problem, lots of people like to just play the smear campaign card, without showing both sides. Classic games. Just have to actually have done the full research and understand what it says. Most people don't have the patience to read all the way through, or only want people to know about certain parts. Lol. Dr. Casey did mess that one up a bit, but the horse is healthy. He just didn't get to take first place. His current work is far more important than that. Looking forward to seeing how it unfolds if they get FDA approval.
There was another 65 pager that I read last week. I will have to find the link again, though. Essentially the same thing. I just responded to the other guy.
I read those transcripts as well. Dr. Casey was not as well informed of the standard NZ racing standard dosage / stand down times, as it is not common knowledge, as witnessed by a few other veterinarians in the court proceedings. That is why Mr. Rae took the initial fines and charges of the racing committee. The veterinary council were unhappy with some of the inconsistencies in Dr. Casey's statements with email responses on his "exams" of Faalcon, and the fact that a horse was disqualified from its 1rst place winnings and considered negligence in action, even though you had to have a separate handbook, in which most vets ignored. His largest mistake was the larger than normal dose given 81 hours in advance, rather than 72. He thought this would be okay, due to the usual half life of the drug of ketoprofen, in which he did not allow for possible differences in the animal's metabolism/physiology. Who can blame him, though, he got flown in to treat 5 race horses that day alone. So he is not disgraced. He made a mistake that got blown up because a horse that really had no business being in 1rst place anyways; with chronic carpitis and knee surgery to remove bone chips, it should be relaxing and maybe taking trail rides. I used to help train horses/riders for a horsemanship program with other disabled vets, so I think it might be happier taking it easy if those hard gallops kick the knee inflammations off. Read the transcripts carefully, though. He screwed up a bit, but it mostly stinks of some very bitter owners that are just mad that their underdog horse they acquired when the original owners couldn't pay the vet bills, isn't actually Seabiscuit. None of this affects the possible revolutionary effects of his other treatment ideas.
How recent of a development is this? That is some very good news - for shareholders and those that are interested in having possible tissue repair done. Was that a last round of dilution this week then, or pure games being played by those with enough shares/capital to manipulate the price in whatever direction they decided? A headline stating that enough money has been raised for the initiation of FDA testing/trials would do wonders, considering the initially appraised value of the patent and current market cap. Also, why is the number listed on OTC have a CC for great britain, when they are incorporated in Wyoming and supposed to be based out of Florida? Some oddities in the mix on that one. I will contact them soon, just want to try and avoid asking the same questions over and over.
Have you asked the company about fund raising ventures recently? Any success in private placement? If this is legit, I might have some people for them. Have to make some phone calls this weekend.
When an alert goes out and triggers a group to buy stock up, how is this not buying together? I understand he posts very basic charts, but usages of different strategies of trading on basic chart signals are typically rather evident after he begins posting on a stock. Look at the posting histories and corresponding action of most of the stocks. Perceived manipulation by just talking about basic chart signals with a chat room and posting on boards with a large following can be legally be considered "unintentional", but the track record shows many stalls and drops in stock prices. It can very well be attributed to the stupidity of trading skills in followers, though, as well or even just expectation after seeing repetition of the same cycle. Seeing the same trading patterns repeat tend to raise suspicion of some design, just based upon anticipated reaction, though. He has to be making a killing, if he is playing it that way. Not might be considered the most "honorable", but it is effective. Money, in the end, is the name of the game here. So, whoever it is, then you can't really blame them completely. People just have to play the game better to beat them out or take their money out a different way. I do like the idea of TCEL's tissue regeneration, though. My body is supremely wrecked from the military (back, shoulders, r hand, r foot, hips, neck, awarded 100% disability @ 26 y/o), so if they can fix some of that, that would be incredible. So hopefully the stock recovers some, and this company can stay afloat.
Why? That is a strange question.
That guy shows up with Clay's group on every stock that loses a significant percentage and says the same thing over and over. I put him on ignore. Much easier. No point in listening to broken records. Did you ask the company or transfer agent for confirmation on dilution or share structure, though? They do have a significant amount of capital to raise.
Somewhat. I think they come in and buy up a bunch and then just start taking their percentage chunks and keep some of their free shares (or add short shares, depending on what platform they use) for when the stock declines from stalls and flips, to break through supports to trigger sell offs in the name of "liquidity". Then he (they) buy the shares back, in aggregate, for much cheaper and rinse and repeat until the stock is beat to hell and useless. Then they leave and it takes a while to recover, or some catalyst makes them more money, etc. It can be a severe pain. Hopefully that doesn't happen too badly to TCEL, but it appears to be the game at the moment. Any company dilution (whether necessary to the company's business plan or if they are just scamming) works tremendously in their favor.
I know Clay has put his charts up, but I don't know if that means they are on this. Most of the stocks I have seen him post on usually end up getting killed. I think I am going to just start having to abandon positions whenever I first see him post.
Agreed.
Wow, huge sell off then a 35 MM share buy (cover or wash I would be inclined to believe on that turnaround, but I could be wrong) that moves the price nowhere? That timing seems a bit convenient/suspicious. Seems like somebody has designs on these prices.
Please read my response to almost the same question. If I rewrote, it may be deleted anyhow for duplicate posting. I apologize for not being very explanatory in my response to Chrion.
No, its more using the small amount of healthy cells from fragments of healthy adult tissue to repair damaged tissue. Not just horse tendons and ligaments. It depends on what other tissues they are able to successfully apply it to in people or other animals, as well. Not even limiting it to horses. I apologize for not being more clear on that. They got the patent approval for the process. Now they have to get FDA approval to use it. Good process for use now, until the live tissue 3D printing process is refined.
Decent pennant forming, maybe some decent hidden support there at 23. I wouldn't doubt on somebody trying to turn the chart though...Hopefully we see the bull flag turn up foe an afternoon run instead.
Just dump the shares at 23 NITE seller, and get it over with, or break it down and stagger it up. That way you can actually make more money.
Yup, these guys are apparently just doing tendon repair with regular fragmented adult cells. They did the work in recovering the almost lame race horses. The applications are rather extensive, and they had the initial patent approval last year. They don't have a website. Good thing is, it kind of clears the air on the "scam" theory. That patent is still valued at 30 MM in initial valuations. Much higher than market cap.
I don't know if the article is really about OTC completely. Some pieces of information that would help may help support the numbers in the OTC volume are mostly accurate:
1. ECN's help. All of us using electronic trading platforms that are connecting directly with one another are being reported accurately. (Per article)
2. Limit orders must be reported accurately. I don't know how many of you place market orders (or even are able to depending on stock, price, or platform), but those are the only ones that may be reported inaccurately. (Per article)
3. The article is more written against NASDAQ stocks, in which you can see this still run rampant. Crosscheck some of the numbers of volume from a random NASDAQ stock today with the FINRA total volume numbers. There will be some large discrepancies in random ones. (This actually answered a question I had on NEWL right before it got halted, and it was on NASDAQ. Almost 2 x volume reported than FINRA reg sho's total volume traded numbers.)
I would say, though, to double check the reporting is accurate look at the finra reg sho as well for a numbers base. Thank you very much for the info, though. It is great information to know.
Suretrader does it for cheaper, I think. Doesn't IB let you select, as well? I thought they were pricier in selecting VFIN for routing, though.
In which way do you mean? The burn and turn, using shorts and scare tactics to kill the momo and steal bottom prices and sell later? Just wanted to clarify your meaning.
Somebody using the old offshore routing games again? Pay the little fractions of cents extra to run it through the normally dilutive MM's to scare peopls.
That's just better business practice in general. Better marketing just generally leads to better business. In the case you mention, yes, more money for their shares would have been one possibility. This could have also lead to the possibility of less need for share dilution and better protection of shareholder value, or better yet, attraction of larger investors for private placement or partnership (which would have increased shareholder value). Marketing can make a world of difference, especially in product patent and development stage.
Ugh. They can't seriously be satisfied with that level of exposure. It is a bit early in the game - both for the company and SEC ruling - for them to be solely dependent upon social media for dissemination of such important info. Not a very intelligent move, especially if they are looking for business partners or investors.
Have you, by chance, asked why the company hasn't notified the business community through standard business wires (that would show up on ihub and otcmarkets) about the patents pending, instead of just putting it up on their website? It has been rather plain to see that they have been doing some diluting at rather inopportune times in the day and killing trading momentum. The least they can do is a few decent informative articles over appropriate business wires for some basic marketing, I would imagine.
Let us know what they say, if you wouldn't mind. I am curious. I wish you the best of luck with the valve issues. What have they tried so far, if you don't mind my asking? You might have to PM me, since it may be deleted if it cannot be tied to board topic.
I think we are about to see some major movement up, my friend. Chart setting up very well, and the wash from yesterday took care of the dump from mon/tuesday. The volume rush with some serious positive pressure this morning built an excellent base for consolidation from the rest of the week. The rest of the day should give us that nice staircase up with consistent formation of new pennants within (as people take profits on the way). Thoughts?
Get everybody beating the MM's numbers games! Just slapping the ask doesn't do the trick on its own. Slapping up and over the ask or using the rapid small share ask slaps to move the price up has to be done. Otherwise the MM's will just fill the orders with a short sale on the ask, and burn the price down to shake people out later. All algorithm games. Have to play the numbers and charts back against them, or we will just watch them keep letting the price prop up and then use small share burns to break support levels (or retail will do it) and cause more washouts again. Oh the games of the stock market...How are you, by the way?
Yes, most definitely agree. A good old fashioned business wire PR would do wonders for the company. Especially in terms of aiding authenticity support.
Yes there are. MM's still playing their games. Buys are heavy over sales and not much movement up. People have to play the game the way they do it: slaps up and over the ask or multiple small slaps on the ask. Fills numbers into the algorithms more to move the price positive faster. (Did some long term data analysis, and found this was more effective than large slaps at the ask to clear walls and move the price up.) If you watch the number of buys/sells, you can see total share volume one way or the other doesn't have as much of an impact.
Good morning all. Looks like the MM's wanted to clear all except their 10k bids off the close bid/ask spread. They are getting ready for an early round of games I suppose.
It would be some time before this makes it to human testing, and I am still somewhat concerned of what side effects this may entail in the process. Very interesting ideas, though. Money runners could bring an influx of cash, but don't forget to protect your profit and don't let them take your life savings if they burn it down. Many groups can hurt a stock pretty bad when they move on to the next one, and I wouldn't ever suggest marrying anything on the otc, personally. You are right, though, about the low float being an easy lock if the volume is played right, so that is a possibility. Just always use caution and factor in the numbers, as well. I have some more research to do, for now. Have a great night, and good luck to everyone tomorrow!
I still have many things to learn, but thank you very much! I am more hoping that the people in this company are geniuses. The work the CEO has done in equine rehabilitation is rather impressive, though, so it shows promise. The 145 MM shorted shares and incredible washout and lots of liquidity should prove for an interesting day tomorrow, though. There has been a ton of volume on both sides of the game here all week.
Thank you. I worked in the medical field for some time and wrote a research paper on cancer stem cells back when it was somewhat of a myth. Found it fascinating how they mirrored somatic cell plasticity and people weren't focusing treatment on specific cell mutations in only those cells instead of still going with broad spectrum chemo doses and BS. I think most of the methods we still use are rather primitive. That's another subject altogether; products take lots of testing and time to get to market. I also find basal and somatic cell research interesting, and this is quite an interesting direction to go with it, I must say. The business and marketing side of the house could use some work here, though.
Oh, yes, replace " that" with "then" would have to make such... Meaning the somatic cells of a foreign cell type would be trying reproduce in order to regenerate tissue fully. The subject's system would then have to mount a violent enough immune response that would sterilize the subject (killing similar tissues as well, as does happen in other immune/automimmune reactions). A simple cytotoxic response isn't enough to kill off stem cells of foreign cell structures all the time. Or haven't you heard of cancer?
I think that is the idea. But use a somatic cell granulosa of a foreign cell that is capable of reproducing indefinitely whereas the immune system that would have to mount a violent enough response in the subject's reproductive organs that would sterilize it permanently.
