When an alert goes out and triggers a group to buy stock up, how is this not buying together? I understand he posts very basic charts, but usages of different strategies of trading on basic chart signals are typically rather evident after he begins posting on a stock. Look at the posting histories and corresponding action of most of the stocks. Perceived manipulation by just talking about basic chart signals with a chat room and posting on boards with a large following can be legally be considered "unintentional", but the track record shows many stalls and drops in stock prices. It can very well be attributed to the stupidity of trading skills in followers, though, as well or even just expectation after seeing repetition of the same cycle. Seeing the same trading patterns repeat tend to raise suspicion of some design, just based upon anticipated reaction, though. He has to be making a killing, if he is playing it that way. Not might be considered the most "honorable", but it is effective. Money, in the end, is the name of the game here. So, whoever it is, then you can't really blame them completely. People just have to play the game better to beat them out or take their money out a different way. I do like the idea of TCEL's tissue regeneration, though. My body is supremely wrecked from the military (back, shoulders, r hand, r foot, hips, neck, awarded 100% disability @ 26 y/o), so if they can fix some of that, that would be incredible. So hopefully the stock recovers some, and this company can stay afloat.
