Yes there are. MM's still playing their games. Buys are heavy over sales and not much movement up. People have to play the game the way they do it: slaps up and over the ask or multiple small slaps on the ask. Fills numbers into the algorithms more to move the price positive faster. (Did some long term data analysis, and found this was more effective than large slaps at the ask to clear walls and move the price up.) If you watch the number of buys/sells, you can see total share volume one way or the other doesn't have as much of an impact.
