Have you, by chance, asked why the company hasn't notified the business community through standard business wires (that would show up on ihub and otcmarkets) about the patents pending, instead of just putting it up on their website? It has been rather plain to see that they have been doing some diluting at rather inopportune times in the day and killing trading momentum. The least they can do is a few decent informative articles over appropriate business wires for some basic marketing, I would imagine.
