Doing some DD on Austin Lewis the Man is a Hedge Fund Manager! SCRC made the right move and so did Austin!
SO THE REPORT IS LATE SO WHAT. 95% OF PINKS REPORT LATE
AND THE PRICE IS MARKED DOWN ALREADY.
Interesting highlights to the 10K provided by the NT filing today:
We expect to report net revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, of approximately $30 million compared to approximately $556,000, for the fiscal year 2013. This increase in our sales revenue is primarily due to our acquisition of Main Ave Pharmacy which has generated approximately $29 million in sales revenue.
Our operating expenses for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, increased approximately $19.3 million to $26.7 million from $7.4 million in 2013. The primary reason for the increase in our operating expenses is an increase of approximately $22 million of commission expenses associated with the increase in our sales.
The net income from our operations is approximately $185,000 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, compared to a loss from operations of approximately $ 7.3 million in 2013.
We expect to report a net loss for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, of approximately $1.2 million compared to a net loss of approximately $11.2 million during the fiscal year 2013.
Unreal. Either this management is incompetent or their auditing firm is. They had 90 days to get this done and NOTHING. SCRC, congrats. You just missed the chance to show the market that your are a legitimate player and are on the up and up. We all just love missed opportunities. Should do wonders for the PPS.
I'm exciting to see the K, if it is as positive as I think it will be this is just a starting point for Scrips.
Small companies that are able to generate this type of revenue can only go unnoticed for so long.
It's just a matter of time before some broker finds this and says, "Yeah, this is a good one..." and hits his Rolodex hard.
imo, some of these guys aren't going anywhere. once they realized how clueless bss was at running a pubco, they dug right in. i believe ab actually set up a new company for a sales team because he saw the excessive commissions bss was paying out. until bss is replaced by a ceo with an education and experience in pharma, you will always have these people around.
Happy to see that Scripps is past the toxic financing we saw that bludgeoned the pps.
It doesnt matter.
If Mr. Schneiderman issued toxic notes you would have exceptjon with that.
Sucks being left out of an opportunity but bob rewarded those who had faith.
Good for us and scrc and all new investors because now we are on our way.
Has one of you the same issue than me with ihub since yesterday? I have indeed no quote
Its very simple. The convertible notes from ir and the like nearly killed us. It would have been stupid to get in bed with anymore of these sharks. End of story.
Atleast the pipe shares went to retail investors who more than not plan on holding them. Any finance firm would have dumped those notes to no end thus cratering the sp to sub penny levels.
I have to know, what other options of raising funds with more favorable terms might have been more practical without dilution or convertible notes would you have suggested.
Don't know all details but raisng funds at the time of Scrc in the time frame of the .05 issuance was a better choice for the company. Partly because of convertible notes were killing the price share before it could get off the ground.
Nothing can stop celtic green 5 in a row!!!
EVERYONE KNOWS THE DEAL HIS EFFORTS ARE SUPERB AND ARE APPRECIATED! CELTICS ROCKS!!!
I believe the people who bought at .05 when the company was in desperate need of help have nothing to be ashamed of.
Bill Gates started out in a highly-educated family. But they were not programmers, not even engineers. Or technical people at all. He started out in his garage.
He had no experience in the sector either.
Sir Richard Branson
Estimated fortune: $5,364,000,000billion
Sector: Tourism/finance/media
Start up capital: $447
Branson epitomises the self-made entrepreneur. He started off creating a student magazine aged just 16, then in 1970, he founded a mail-order record company - within a year he had opened his first shop on London's Oxford Street – Virgin Records. Virgin has now become a brand which now covers everything from telecommunications to space tourism.
What sector experience did this 16 year old have?
I am not underwater on SCRC by any stretch. In fact, I rarely hold for long. The stock is very toxic with the never ending parade of convertibles and dilution. I have been swing trading this for months and it has been very predictable (and profitable!) to be honest with you.
However, even with stocks that I am long on, I refuse to cheerlead just for the sake of talking my book. I often post bearish comments on stocks I own if they are factual and warranted. Every company has warts, and true DD involves taking inventory of both the good and the bad.
The term "toxic" should not be used before the phrase .05 pipe shares.
I don't know how many are left out there but I think they have been absorbed very well.
If Bob went the alternate route of TOXIC notes this sp would surely be in the gutter.
I bought my .05 pipe shares when the sp was around .0875. Sooo not being able to touch them for 6 months minimum was a very big risk on my part, especially when it was being said this was going to .05 or below.
I believed Bob had our interest at heart
I respectfully disagree as always with you.
The point of the .05 financing was that it facilitated the company's revenue streams and increased its chances for success.
Whether it's Facebook, Google or even SCRC, private placement is absolutely legitimate and extremely commonplace.
Most who know nothing, know that fact.
It's just not that complicated, and talk about water under the bridge or that train has long since left the station, yesterday's news, done deal, etc..
What argument is there of the fundamentals of SCRC because I'm not hearing
It's a penny stock man
(1)
Where was it ever stated that purchasing toxic .05 PIPE stock was criminal? That has never been stated.
If one were hatred what has actually been stated, it has been quite clear that the criminal activity was related to the securities fraud engaged by JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his "inner circle" (LOL!) of fellow criminals who intentionally violated Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 by failing to disclose their compensated status while they pumped SCRC stock from 2013 and continuing on thru present day.
And it just so happens that most of the participants of the toxic .05 PIPE financing deal were also these very same criminals.
IMO, it is quite evident that the only supporters of the toxic financing are those who partook in it and/or are associates of the publicly-documented homophobic criminal JOEY Z...
(2)
You have stated many times that the sp would have cratered to quad-zeroes and that SCRC would have gone bankrupt had it not been for the "heroic" actions of JOEY Z and his mostly-criminal associates. I think many here would love to see anything to support these claims other than simply words touting such statements to be "facts"... ...especially since it has already been provn here many times with hard numbers and historical evidence from the tape that not only would the sp be MUCH higher WITHOUT the PIPE financing, but that SCRC had numerous financing options at both more affordable terms as well as LESS DILUTIVE terms.
Once again, it continues to be overwhelmingly clear that no LEGITIMATE retail investor would EVER support the toxic .05 deal...
Since JZ and company have been selling the .05 shares
for months and months I have calculated they have sold
at least 5 BILLION SHARES. WOWZA.
I guess he and his cabal are very happy.
They must have made at least 50 million dollars.
I am sure JZ is very happy today.
Very encouraging day today. The SNN piece came at a good time since retail traders were seeing the same things we were last week in that the sp was sowing strong signs of having bottomed out.
So as technical indicators begin strengthening as well, we should see increasing levels of buying interst just as we saw beginning last DEC when technical traders fueled the run from .10 to .20.
In addition, the 10K should be out within another week (assuming it is not late), which should provide another catalyst since most technical traders and newbies will fall for the hype surrounding the fantastic Q4 and full year 2014 numbers, especially the comparisons to 2013 that will be hyped to high heaven (but pay attention to how JOEY Z and his crew of fellow criminal con artists will avoid comparing Q1'15 numbers because we all know that Q1'15 revenues/earnings nosedived compared to Q4'14).
In addition, the Las Vegas investor conference will be coming up shortly thereafter as well, which should be accompanied by additional paid coverage.
Just like the movie Groundhog Day, it's just another round of rinse and repeat ready to unfold. Folks wold be wise to take advantage of it and play it as such.

SNN Q&A: Update with ScripsAmerica, Inc. - Discusses PIMD International, Diabetic Medical Supplies and RapiMed® In this SNN Q&A, SNN’s Robert Kraft spoke with Robert Schneiderman, CEO of ScripsAmerica, Inc. to discuss what’s been happening in the company since we last spoke in November 2014.
Report: Vitamin Supplement Market Expected To Increase By 60 Percent By 2020
did you hear about from the Conference yesterday that we are testing a new Childrens and Adult Vitamen D product! looking forward to seeing and hearing more on this product as well there is a huge need for this product in the Market worldwide! Vitamin D has been called the new "wonder vitamin." Doctors are learning more and more about its role in good health and the prevention of diseases. could be another positive source of revenue for ScripsAmerica!
Rapimeds is not going to MAKE OR BREAK this company. It will be nice icing on the cake but it will never be bigger than the PDP and quite possibly the compound pharmacies in my opinion.
I believe the pharmacy dispensing program is going to be HUGE!!
1000 doctors enrolled in the program.... JUST 1000 in all of America will bring us $240 million a year (a conservative number I think)!!!!!!!!! and the concern is on rapimeds?! My doctor's office alone has 16 doctors and that doesn't include upstairs specialists!(that building alone could possibly be $3.8 million in a year alone)!
I think 2016 is gonna be bananas :)
Thank you for those who sold and brought the share price down to a way way undervalued price.
I am going to be buying more.
Yes, There is a picture of them doing the "secret [redacted] handshake" on scrc facebook page
With rapimeds...again. It's out of scrc's hands right now. Bob said he's on the phone daily with Hong Kong. Just waiting on the permission to ship and out the door they go.
You didn't answer the question and they just told you they are on a 10m/Q pace with net earnings and cash flow and a LOC to provide the capital to keep growing. I was just asking when it happened....if it happened...
more excitement continues to grow for ScripsAmerica
And the VWAP for today, TUE, 3/17, was approx .1100, so although another decline, the amount of the decline is again much smaller. Seems like it is trying very hard to bottom-out. At this daily rate of decline in the VWAP, it would seem that a few more days of slow bleeds may be all that it needs before it is ready to stabilize -- and so if this is the case, then hopefully it will bottom out around .10 and we won't see sub-.10 prices... ...but who the heck knows...
The bottom line that I think retail shareholders are still failing to see is that the single biggest thing that can impact the sp in a material and positive manner is for BS Schneiderman to evict the unnecessary middlemen, including getting rid of Adam Brosius (who, like JOSEPH ZAMPETTI, was paid by SCRC to promote the stock, and has zero prior background/experience in pharma to boot), and bringing selling expenses back down to a reasonable level that is no higher than 50%. The positive impact of doing so will easily eclipse the impact of PIMD and the Diabetic Program bringing in $10M apiece.
Don't believe me? Just look at the ridiculous $400k net income being projected from Q1'15 projected total revenues of $9.5M. This translates to only a measly 4.2% net income rate. Q3'14 was 11.9%.
Consider this: At $400k net income per quarter, this translates to $1.6M per year. If Main Ave were to report $24M in revenues this year (which translates to approx $2M/month), this means that if selling expenses were back at the 45% level they were during Q1'14 and Q2'14 instead of the bloated 65% it shot up to in Q3'14, this reduction in selling expenses BY ITSELF would contribute another $4.8M DIRECTLY INTO THE BOTTOM LINE AS ADDITIONAL NET INCOME.
IN ESSENCE, NET INCOME -- AND EPS -- WOULD TRIPLE.
All this continued talk of immaterial side revenue streams are nothing more than red herrings and mis-direction at this time, while BS Schneiderman continues to leave the barnyard door open for select hogs/cronies to gorge themselves at the trough, sending only the scraps downstream in the form of piddly net earnings for the other shareholders.
Sometimes you are better off with several small to medium sized accounts rather than the one huge one. Just my opinion.
Bottom line would it make scrc profitable for the quarter?
Math I ran:
Q1 2015 rev = $9.5M
Jan MAV - $3.4M
Jan PIMD - $135K
Feb MAV - $3.75M
Feb PIMD - $554K
Feb Diabetes - $103K
Total through Feb = $7.942M
Assume PIMD March numbers match Feb = $554K
Feb + March PIMD = $8.496M
Difference = $1.004M for March MAV. Insurance agreement ended March 13, 2015.
Am I looking at this wrong?
Overall, I think that Gregory FCA did a good job with this PR and presented SCRC as favorably as it could given the circumstances.
That being said, spinning in order to present as good a picture as possible to the Street is one thing (and is SOP for ALL public companies, so in this regard, it is not a good or a bad thing -- just understand that this is what is going on), but retail shareholders here should be sure to sift thru this PR and be able to distinguish spin from reality.
For example...
Will Report Preliminary Fiscal 2014 Revenues of over $31 Million and Profitable Second Half of Year
Now Projecting First Quarter 2015 Net Income of over $400,000 on Revenues of more than $9.5 Million
As of December 31, 2014, it is anticipated that the Company will have
over $1.3 million in working capital, an approximately $3 million
improvement in liquidity over the course of fiscal 2104. In addition, the
Company has a $4 million working capital line of credit
It seems odd to me why the free rider's wouldn't have been selling in the .20s rather than looking to dump down here in the low teens.
FWIW, today's VWAP was approx .1125, which represent the SMALLEST daily decline since the sp began falling on 3/3. May be a red herring OR it may be a positive indicator that the bottom is either at-hand or very near...
So after this upcoming NY conference and the subsequent Las Vegas conference next month, be prepared for JOEY Z and his "inner circle" (LOL!) of fellow criminals to wise up and realize that touting HF's buying was actually a stupid thing to tout -- but instead begin claiming that "they have PE firm buddies who are buying..." and "I spoke with a PE firm buddy who said...", etc, etc, etc...
In all honesty, there is no need to engage in heady quant and qualitative analysis of SCRC to determine why the SP is falling. Its pretty simple fellas: there are alot of people with cheap or free stock who are selling like crazy. Why are they selling like crazy? Well, I would guess part of the reason is simply the classic lemming herd mentality where someone starts selling off hard creating a ripple effect, pulling along all the other cheap shareholders. Hell, if you got 0 cent and 5 cent stock, your still profiting nicely at 10-11 cents.
Previous close was .128. We hit a low of .1119 and closed at 1125. What exactly is your "bottom" number?
