Unreal. Either this management is incompetent or their auditing firm is. They had 90 days to get this done and NOTHING. SCRC, congrats. You just missed the chance to show the market that your are a legitimate player and are on the up and up. We all just love missed opportunities. Should do wonders for the PPS.

FWIW, filing late is not too uncommon in OTC-land (of course, on the other hand, SCRC is supposed to be setting itself apart from other "typical" OTC stocks...), and it is only an extra 15 days, which isn't that long of a period of time (and keep in mind that 15 days is the max extension and that it is possible that SCRC could file anytime before 4/15/15). In addition, the Street is aware that NT filings are par for the course in OTC-land and ultimately simply want to see what the numbers are, and they are willing to wait another 15 days to do so.

In addition, I had pointed out to this board previously that SCRC has ALWAYS filed a NT every year in its history, so filing a late 10K is of no surprise to anyone.

But, all that being said, you are correct though in that filing on time would have been good for SCRC's image and reputation, which is in dire need of a makeover. But, it is what it is and the bottom line will be the hard numbers when the 10K does eventually come out...
