Bottom line would it make scrc profitable for the quarter?

The PR already stated that BS Schneiderman is guiding for Q1'15 net income of $400k.

But I would say that this would only be viewed as the "bottom line" for a criminal racist homophobic pumper like JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his proud associates who are still trying to dump their 22M shares of .05 PIPE stock -- as this would give them a new talking point to spin and hype.

For a LEGITIMATE retail shareholder, the bottom line is not simply "Is SCRC profitable" (because after all, being profitable by $100 bucks is as meaningful as a kick in the family jewels), but rather "What does this contribute to the sp"?

At a quarterly net income of $400k, this translates to approx $1.6M net income annually.

ASSUMING that zero additional shares were issued in either Q4'14 or Q1'15 (which is VERY UNLIKELY) and using the share count from 9/30/14, the fully-diluted EPS comes out to .0095 per year.

The current sp of .11 represents almost a 12x multiple already.

Should the market deem SCRC worthy of a 20x multiple, then that is what it would take for the sp to see .19 again at the current $9.5M revenue/$400k net income quarterly run rate...
