It doesn't matter that all the claims you made as a conflict-of-interest-filled self-disclosed financier/holder of toxic .05 PIPE stock have just been exposed to be false?
All the adamant reasons for why retail investors should believe that the toxic .05 PIPE deal was the best thing that ever happened to them have once again been proven one by one to be 100% false, so now suddenly "it doesn't matter"??? LOL...
It doesn't matter that it has been proven that the holders of the 0.00 and 0.05 PIPE stock have been relentlessly dumping over the past 18 months and NOT holding all their shares in a vault the way you were claiming?
It doesn't matter that it has been proven that the .05 PIPE was in fact the most toxic and unnecessary financing that SCRC ever engaged in, in direct contrast to your mis-statements?
It doesn't matter that Ironridge was never a seller that was to blame for the dumping and resulting cratering of the sp the way that you were blaming them to be, and that the real culprits had been proven to be the criminal homophobe JOEY Z along with your other fellow PIPE-holders???
"It doesn't matter" is the typical response when there are no real merits to support one's assertions and this is all that the humiliated exposed party can come up with to say.
No LEGITIMATE shareholder who saw their portfolio drop 50-90% and realized that it was due to unnecessary toxic dilution would simply shrug and say "It doesn't matter".
And I'm not surprised one bit that "it doesn't matter" to the criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI as well as his criminal cohorts who hold the .05 PIPE stock because they have effectively cut in line in front of every other shareholder that SCRC has ever had.
You aren't getting it. If SCRC paid down the notes upon maturity -- which we know they easily could have -- then there is NOTHING toxic about them because NO shares would have been converted to dilute either the share count or the float.
And ANY other financing would have been LESS toxic compared to the 22M shares of .05 PIPE stock that was issued, so I'm quite certain that 99.9% of shareholders would have much preferred ANYTHING other than the .05 PIPE offering -- with the 0.1% Of those who favored the toxic PIPE deal being comprised of JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his harem of paid whores who would otherwise have been kicked to the curb empty-handed...
Do you hear that everybody? Only 30 shareholders were deemed "faithful" enough by our Lord BS Schneiderman, and doling out 28M shares of 0.00 and 0.05 PIPE stock was simply our heavenly father's way of blessing his chosen ones. I guess in order to prove our faith to BS Schneiderman, the rest of us need to pick a securities law and violate it...
Yes, screw all the shareholders that fell for JOEY Z and his gang's lies over the past 21 months and are still deep underwater holding shares priced between .40-1.05!!! And screw even all the shareholders who bought as recently as the past few months when the sp was .20+!!! Little do the "new" shareholders know that by the time the sp completes it current "rinse and repeat" cycle, that they will quickly be cast aside as yesterday's garbage as well by JOEY Z and his crew of non-disclosing promoters and holders of toxic .05 PIPE stock while they continue to pump the stock in order to lure in the next round of "new" investors...
