I'm exciting to see the K, if it is as positive as I think it will be this is just a starting point for Scrips.

Why is it that you feel that this 10K will be so special? If anything, the Q3'14 10Q was the watershed filing as it showed SCRC being both cash flow positive and earnings positive for the first time. Q4'14 revenues/earnings will simply reflect a continuation of that, which is a good thing -- HOWEVER, the Street is already aware Q1'15 numbers have fallen off a cliff, and so knowledgeable investors will already know that the Q4'14 and full year 2014 numbers are now effectively irrelevant...

...so the only thing we may be able to expect is for the criminal homophobe JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his legion of associates/holders of the toxic .05 PIPE stock, such as the publicly self-disclosed kenbe and pipedream1, to hype how Q4'14 blows away Q4'13 and how full year 2014 blows away full year 2013, in order to lure in newbies, so this may prove to be a good trading opportunity for folks when the tide rises...

...as I said previously, the ONLY REAL number in the 10K that can move the sp up in a hurry is if we see that Selling Expenses dropped back down to the 45% levels...

Small companies that are able to generate this type of revenue can only go unnoticed for so long.

(1)
"This type of revenue"? You mean declining revenues and losing the 2nd largest pharmacy benefits manager in the country as a customer? As stated previously, the Street was already aware of SCRC being on what-was-then a $64M annual run rate. Anything less than that is NOT going to move the needle.

(2)
Until SCRC effectuates a R/S and moves out of OTC land and onto a senior exchange, it won't matter who notices or doesn't notice SCRC because the overwhelming majority of TUTs simply are prohibited from purchasing equities that are either NOT listed on a senior exchange AND/OR priced over $5.

Q1'15 effectively ended today and we have still yet to see any announcement about even the issuance of a proxy to vote to authorize the R/S. These things (doing a R/S and uplisting) take time, and so if BS Schneiderman is going to keep his word about uplisting in 2015, each day/week/month/quarter that goes by decreases the likelihood that he will be able to deliver on this (if he even meant it at all)...

It's just a matter of time before some broker finds this and says, "Yeah, this is a good one..." and hits his Rolodex hard.

Like I said above, no "real" broker will ever recommend a penny stock. Boiler rooms on the other hand...
