The only thing I can come up with is the correlation of the minimum amount of shareholders required for a given stockmarket. The higher desired the stockmarket is the higher the minimum required amount of shareholders is combined with a minimum ownership requirement (= amount of shares) which also increases the more desirable the stockmarket is.

If my dutch broker goes bankrupt I still own my stocks they are stored in an insurance company through my broker. Blue-chip companies and bonds have security value so I can buy additional shares "free spending" my broker calls it. Depends on their risknumber with 70% of the stockprice value to be the maximum security value/extra spending money. There's leverage in both profits and losses. For penny stocks it doesn't apply. Most of the time it is banks that lent their shares for shorting purposes but the dividends are held by the owner of the stock not the lender.

Yes they are a trucking company. I just wanted to figure out in which market segment they operate.
Your first post:
Online shopping growing faster than retail store shopping and that means more shipping

They are in the trucking industry moving goods, no?
The 2016 Vanguard VXP Dry Van semi-trailers will add to Pro Star’s best-in-class transportation offering, which already services a diverse group of customers throughout the continental United States, including some of its largest big-box retailers.
A big-box store (also supercenter, superstore, or megastore) is a physically large retail establishment, usually part of a chain. The term sometimes also refers, by extension, to the company that operates the store. The store may sell general dry goods in which case it is a department store, or may be limited to a particular specialty (such establishments are often called "category killers") or may also sell groceries, in which case some countries (mostly in Europe) use the term hypermarket.
Good point. The comparison of webshops only and retail chains how does this relate to Pro Star Freight Systems?
I understand your logic but I think not:

From a business perspectiv it would be smart to keep the focus on HIV - Clade B preventive vaccin. Too much toxic dept.

HPTG$ They design restaurant webpages etc., for the hospitality industry, looks like: nycrestaurant.com/home
Maybe they have a relative or friend that works for them? Nice website though.
Tomorrow I have a 120K buy bid @.004, on Friday the PR would be great!

The oil price goes up by increasing demand from India. Employing the winter weather in North America will provide for an increase in demand for heating oil. The rise in the oil price has a value appreciation of the US dollar as a result.
The Fed determines the moment of rise in interest rates on government bonds on the rise in the oil price. This in turn has affected the development of the stock market.
The world demand for crude oil continues to rise amid growing Western oil companies lay off people and oil-producing countries like Saudi Arabia already up. I read an estimate that the WTI in the second half of 2017 at $ 70 a barrel.
Saudi Arabia on the one hand performs against Russia and Iran an oil war to resolve the physical war in their favor. 20% of Saudis are Shia and have plenty of oil in the hands of the Saudi royal family is frightens there before so I think certainly coupled with the large financial buffers and extremely low cost for the Saudis to extract oil that this situation may persist for a long time Russia goes to the knees.

A new episode in diesel gate:
"Renault's test clearly revealed anomalies and it's not by chance that fraud investigators decided to probe Renault," Baupin told Reuters.
It is not yet clear which engines would be tampered with. Renault has the major car manufacturer offers an extensive range of self-designed and built diesel engines. They not only for its own products, but they also deliver to sister brand Nissan. And assembles Mercedes diesels in the A class. Should anything like VW are tampered with software, then there may be an impact on many more brands than Renault alone.
Fixed costs reduction of $ 250K p.y. and significant asset increase both create pps value.
one of many critical milestones planned for the company as it continues to execute its growth plan.
The mechanism why the WTI price will remain low for a long time:

oil fire
by Alexander Sassen van Elsloo
The situation in the Middle East has recently deteriorated significantly. Tensions between Iran and Saudi Arabia are vastly increased since the latter country has executed a Shiite cleric. With this extra power, the investor may think that the decline in oil prices could well be over. But is this really so?
pain Border
Last month I wrote about some of the reasons why oil prices but continues to decline. The main reason is geopolitical in nature. Saudi Arabia wants oil through dumping of the Russians and Iran to its knees. All this with a view to Syria. The unleashing of sectarian violence in the region (Shiites against Sunnis) is a consequence of this. Question is when Saudi Arabia gave finds and the (relative) normality in the oil market late return.
Production country one barrel of oil
Brazil $ 48.80
Canada $ 41
US $ 36.20
Russia $ 17.20
Iran $ 12.60
UAE $ 12.30
Iraq $ 10.70
Saudi Arabia $ 9.90
Kuwait $ 8.50

Amount of warehouse truck doors:
Acre surface is approx. 40x40 meter
http://metricunitconversion.globefeed.com/Area_Conversion.asp
Trailer width: 96 inches (= approx. 2.5 meter)
http://drivinglaws.aaa.com/tag/trailer-dimensions/
With a distance between warehouse truck doors of let's say 1.5 meter
40 meter width Acre / (2.5 meter width trailer + 1.5 meter space) = 10 warehouse truck doors.
I didn't read the about text in the PR. It's plauseble to read it this way but because this part of Pro Star isn't in the US I assumed this could be traded for instance at an other stock exchange but don't know it.
Stock Purchase Agreement
On November 23, 2015, Hydrophi Technologies Group, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”), whereby the Company purchased, all of the outstanding stock of each of Pro Star Freight Systems Inc. and Pro Star Truck Center Inc. (collectively, “Pro Star”). The Pro Star Purchase Agreement is an attempt to preserve and enhance shareholder value in light of ongoing challenges in the execution of the Company’s business mission to bring hydrogen on demand technology to older, mechanical injection vehicles.
About Pro Star Freight Systems, Inc.
Pro Star is a Mid-Western based, long haul freight transportation company serving the continental United States. With dispatch operations in Bensenville, Illinois, Belgrade Serbia and Niš Serbia, and truck service centers in Indiana and Illinois, the company services and manages a fleet of around 150 trucks.
HydroPhi Europe is a joint venture while Pro Star Freight Systems is a subsidiary of Hydrophi Technologies Group. Besides I strongly doubt that a Pro Star in Serbia is owned by us shareholders and therefore makes the question irrelevant.
The todays PR is good news better central location and lower tax costs and the fact that the company is growing. Reinvestment of net profits to keep the tax obligations to a minimum?
I owe everybody apologies. I have misunderstood / translated the word installment . Installment is about the payment in installments while I thought it was going to install the Hydroplants. I was going to post the text below, painful mistake!
The last 8-K (2015-11-24) page 2 "The purchase price for Pro Star consists of (i) up to an aggregate of $1,512,500 in cash, payable in installments as set forth in the Purchase Agreement (“Closing Cash”),"
The ceo should answer to us investors on these type of questions: Phone: (404) 974-9910
Email: rms@hydrophi.com
1) Pro Star Freight systems owns 5 trucks and leases 175 trucks. At least at the owned ones installments can be made.
2) Although the video of my former post#10058 is old in it Jonathon Goldman (CTO & VP, Engineering) 24.20 minutes explains the retrofitting strategy of HPTG and about the waranty. Pay attention to the word mostly.
3) The testing result in Mexico and Poland gave different results due to different government regulations there were more electronic devices on the polish buses, the engineers from HPTG had to make adjustments and after a short while 2 months or so they were successfull. An other thing to take in mind is that the diesel mixture is everywhere in the world differently. So for the sake of testresults alone I think it would be wise to at least test them if the results are good than scale up.
4) tjusa02 post#10041 makes a good point after the merger financial within 71 days from 28 November Slotkin should open up to the pointers in this post.
5) The amount of dept and the amount of net profit are key to the development of the pps IMO. for that reason installments do make bussiness sense.
crystal ball
You don't understand the technology behind the HydroPlant. The Hydrogen is used as a catalyst not as a fuel. On the truck only a modest amount of distilled water has to be cared on the truck. The truck driver can simply refill this distilled water. No infrastructure is required for the hydrogen the way this fuelcell is implemented that's the genius of it. And it's protected by patent law as well.
And it's not just cost savings of diesel fuel caused by less mechanical friction in the engine and more efficient combustion. It also increases the lifespan of the diesel engine and as well the increased lifespan of the lubricating oil.
Whether oil prices are high or low you always have to deal with market/ competition. There you have to deal with as a transport company for your freight prices to keep as sharp as possible relative to the competition. In the end you have customers who are themselves entrepreneurs in turn also face competition.
If you want the company to expand you have manage your fixed expenses.
100% Agreed:
The purchase price for Pro Star consists of (i) up to an aggregate of $1,512,500 in cash, payable in installments as set forth in the Purchase Agreement (“Closing Cash”),
Given the extreme soft winter climate world wide this is a good thing for Pro Star Freight Systems: far less towjobs and other accidents normally related due to winter wheater.

**Some studies suggest that the cold blob southeast of Greenland could be related to the increase of fresh, cold water into the North Atlantic due to the increased melt of the Greenland Ice Sheet.
Everything on the chart looks bullish or at least neutral.
4 Red candles at low volume in a row this week should be followed by a green one real soon IMO.

Will there be a year end rally? The Nasdaq-100, the S&P-500 and the Dow Jones all seem to bounce today.
I like to read in the 4Q the shareholders value per share. This will give clarity. After the closure of the merger (the financials) I would really appreciate it if the CEO would give us an outlook for the pathway/ vision the members of the board have for the newly merged company. A financially healthy company can focus again on bringing Hydroplants in the market. This was for me the reason to buy my shares and would be really disappointed never to hear of succesfull Hydroplants again.
That's exactly what I was thinking earlier this week. Decoy tactics.
That's pretty much what I was thinking about $ 0.27 except after the 180 days lock up of the undillutable golden shares this pps value will decline. I am only guessing 27 cents / 10 = approx. 3 cents pps?
Any one an idea for this calculation?
Furthermore the revenue and net profit will hopefully continue to grow. Although the FED will increase the interest rates this might help keep the oil price low. (strong USD = low oil price)

What is the intrinsic value of a stock?
The intrinsic value is the total holdings of the company less total debt the company has. So it's really just the company's equity. The net asset value per share is calculated by dividing shareholders' equity by the number of shares outstanding.
http://aandelenkopen.nl/analyse/intrinsieke-waarde/
Warren Buffet is a fundamental analyst. He ones mentioned in the recent past that technical analysis wasn't his thing. He looks at the fair value of a stock. Because the pps constantly oscillates and can be removed from the fair value a long time the fair value is most of the times only briefly hit. This applies especially on the short timeframe basis on the long time the pps will direct to the fair value. By start ups and merged companies it's much harder if not impossible to come up with a fair value estimation. Warren Buffet would avoid companies with high risk numbers completely. As an other of fact he is deeply invested in railroads (= logistics).
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing/093015/top-five-public-railroad-stocks-us.asp
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/basics/12/intrinsic-value.asp
Note that no arithmetic models are found for start ups or merged companies. As an other of fact it takes about 12 months from now do be able to come up with a reliable calculation. More confirmative financial data is required for these calculations.
By means of the merger the bussiness model has changed and therefore the earnings model as well. It doesn't make sense to use old historic data knowing that the merger has been succesfully executed. The old CEO of PRO STAR Nikola Zaricis now president of HPTG the new CEO and chairman (of the newly merged company) is Roger Slotkin.http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HPTG/profile
Why hasn't the website: http://hydrophi.com/ been updated? Very annoying!
Don't no much about the technicals though.
GLTA, HPTG long!
SO according to the Enterprise Value ($4.01 million) divided by outstanding shares, and excluding revenues from Pro Star Freight Systems acquired by HydroPhi Technologies the value per share should be 0.109 approximately 11 cents. Go HPTG! :D
FED raises interest rates with 0.25 %.
It appears that the Fed goes next year of four interest rate steps. This is slightly higher than the market expected, but Yellen managed to reassure investors during the press conference.
Vanguard expects that the Fed after reaching a rate of around 1% will insert a long pause. Reasons may "a slower than expected economic growth and the rise of the dollar."
Economists at Rabobank think that future interest rate steps in the US will be very gradual. "We see several risks to the US economic recovery in 2016, so we have much to offer four interest rate increases and betting on two. There are also plenty of downside risks to inflation developments, for example by the sharp drop in oil prices. Finally, wage growth is lagging behind."
