FED raises interest rates with 0.25 %.

It appears that the Fed goes next year of four interest rate steps. This is slightly higher than the market expected, but Yellen managed to reassure investors during the press conference.

Vanguard expects that the Fed after reaching a rate of around 1% will insert a long pause. Reasons may "a slower than expected economic growth and the rise of the dollar."
Economists at Rabobank think that future interest rate steps in the US will be very gradual. "We see several risks to the US economic recovery in 2016, so we have much to offer four interest rate increases and betting on two. There are also plenty of downside risks to inflation developments, for example by the sharp drop in oil prices. Finally, wage growth is lagging behind."
