HydroPhi Europe is a joint venture while Pro Star Freight Systems is a subsidiary of Hydrophi Technologies Group. Besides I strongly doubt that a Pro Star in Serbia is owned by us shareholders and therefore makes the question irrelevant.

The todays PR is good news better central location and lower tax costs and the fact that the company is growing. Reinvestment of net profits to keep the tax obligations to a minimum?
