I owe everybody apologies. I have misunderstood / translated the word installment . Installment is about the payment in installments while I thought it was going to install the Hydroplants. I was going to post the text below, painful mistake!

The last 8-K (2015-11-24) page 2 "The purchase price for Pro Star consists of (i) up to an aggregate of $1,512,500 in cash, payable in installments as set forth in the Purchase Agreement (“Closing Cash”),"

The ceo should answer to us investors on these type of questions: Phone: (404) 974-9910
Email: rms@hydrophi.com

1) Pro Star Freight systems owns 5 trucks and leases 175 trucks. At least at the owned ones installments can be made.
2) Although the video of my former post#10058 is old in it Jonathon Goldman (CTO & VP, Engineering) 24.20 minutes explains the retrofitting strategy of HPTG and about the waranty. Pay attention to the word mostly.
3) The testing result in Mexico and Poland gave different results due to different government regulations there were more electronic devices on the polish buses, the engineers from HPTG had to make adjustments and after a short while 2 months or so they were successfull. An other thing to take in mind is that the diesel mixture is everywhere in the world differently. So for the sake of testresults alone I think it would be wise to at least test them if the results are good than scale up.
4) tjusa02 post#10041 makes a good point after the merger financial within 71 days from 28 November Slotkin should open up to the pointers in this post.
5) The amount of dept and the amount of net profit are key to the development of the pps IMO. for that reason installments do make bussiness sense.
