SO according to the Enterprise Value ($4.01 million) divided by outstanding shares, and excluding revenues from Pro Star Freight Systems acquired by HydroPhi Technologies the value per share should be 0.109 approximately 11 cents. Go HPTG! :D



Enterprise Value $ 4.01M / Outstanding Shares 366.87M = $0.011 = 1.1 cent pps.
