Do you have even the remotest clue what the market rate is for executive salaries? I addressed this topic previously. Feel free to search and learn.
Photo I'd like to see is only 1 left on the shelf and folks with some in their hands at the cash register! LOL
Sweating it out long on ATTD
I suspect shipping costs to the Left Coast probably a bit too high of an expense for retail market sales at this point in the game.
Very true, there can be no single best solution for every fitness routine. Muscle milk isn't a carb loading beverage so runners wouldn't go to it even if it did taste good and was on the thirst quenching side.
Phase 3 has 36 g. of carbs vs. Muscle Milk's 13 g. Also have a bit more protein 35 vs. 32 grams. In the world of shake/smoothie type drinks it's the most balanced combo of protein & carbs (+ other key nutrients) and best tasting (IMHO).
It should/could/might grab a sizable chunk of market share from Muscle Milk, Gatorade G3 Recover shake and others.
Aha yes which then could lead us into discussing torque v. horsepower. Physics are inescapable. LOL. I suspect if we launch further into acceleration, peak velocity, velocity at impact ( which should be but not not necessarily is at peak velocity) we'd upset someone here for being off topic.
This November 2011 press release is old faded news ... IMHO
I've promoted my amateur racing sponsors more than Tiger has FUSE.
IIRC shares options are @ $.21 / .26, which is where I'd like to be able to buy in so that I have same basis & profit potential as management & endorsement deals.
I'm betting this is where SP will land this week.

How is Tiger a spokesperson? His caddy carries a golf bag with FUSE on it. That's the extent of involvement that I'm aware of. Have I missed Tiger thanking FUSE in press conference(s) verbally, which is what a spokesperson does? Frankly I'm not exactly sure if situation is an active endorsement of a sponsor or static display opp...>!?
Sorry but correction is needed.
Strength is not eliminated.
Velocity requires force = strength. Centrifugal speed is function of both arm length as well as force. I'm on phone otherwise I'd post diagram with equation for doubters/unbelievers. LOL
So then do i understand you correctly ... you're long with expectation of substantial growth but also expect it to be a rollercoaster to ride / play the upper & downs?
When did you get in & what was your intent & expectation? I wouldn't be here looking for quick flip opp.
Nutrition Stocks on the Upswing - Fuse Science and Herbalife Showing Impressive Growth
I apologize if this has already been posted since it's old news from 7 days 6 hours 35 minutes ago - Marketwire via Comtex however I don't remember having seen it...
Despite coming under increased scrutiny, shares of companies focused on nutrition have been on an impressive run of late. TickerSpy's Nutrition Products Stocks Index (RXNTR) is up roughly 8.6 percent over the last month -- outperforming the S&P 500 by 4.2 percent. Five Star Equities examines investing opportunities in the Nutrition industry and provides investment research on Fuse Science Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DROP) and Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF). The nutritional supplement sector is not without criticism. In late 2011, the British Daily Mail newspaper, in their report on two pieces of research, one published in the International Journal of Epidemiology, suggested that the vitamin and mineral supplements do next to nothing for one's health. A 2011 review titled, 'Trash the Vitamins: Convince Your Patients,' published in Archives of Internal Medicine, even suggested dietary supplements can actually promote a higher risk for death.
Dr. Carrie Ruxton from the Health Supplements Information Service told the Daily Mail that the "findings should be treated with extreme caution given the poor methodology and lack of reliable information about the health of participants, or the type of diets consumed."

Strong words. "Fact", "Proven" Oh really...? More like libelous defamation. Sure glad the legal system isn't based on your standards.
IMHO you don't quite have it straight [yet] if you characterize the Coke distribution as "great." The CEO openly acknowledged the error in the Coke deal and intends to not make the same mistake twice. Anyone with any experience in this, or similar businesses, will recognize and understand what happened with that situation and why it failed.
Geeesh, if everyone gave up after one failure where'd we be?
I'm glad he's trying again because the product is excellent.
Seriously or tongue in cheek? The statement you copied and pasted in your post was a negative, not a positive. Making your thank you seemingly facetious at best.
IMHO - this is not a particularly well constructed sentence and thus perhaps the misinterpretation:
They find that after November 2009, shareholders lost $5-12 billion relative to those firms that Tiger Woods did not endorse."
The original wording of the Knittel and Stango abstract being much clearer:
"We estimate that in the days beginning with Tiger Woods’ recent car accident and ending with his announced “inde?nite leave” from golf, shareholders of companies that Mr.Woods endorses lost $5-12 billion in wealth.
Although I have serious doubts with the accuracy of these figures and the conclusion of this abstract ... there can be no doubt that there was some significant financial losses associated with the whole affair.
What's with the 3,2MM shares dump afterhours at 0.45, which is well below the 0.48 ask? Second day in a row this has happened (may have been many more, I've only just followed last 2 days of trades closely). Am I correct this is [pathetic] Market Maker action?

Never panic. It clouds the mind.
No, just the opposite. As infoseeker pointed out (to which I was replying) - Tiger mentions Drops while other athletes mention the Enerjel. Thus I was differentiating between the two hypothesizing that caffeine would not be in play with Drops as it is with Enerjel.
Strictly speculation on my part...

Key Notes IMHO:
The Debentures bear interest at 20% per annum and mature on April 20, 2012. The Debentures will be convertible at the option of the holders at any time into shares of the Company's common stock, at a conversion price equal to $0.0779, subject to adjustment. In connection with the subscription agreement, the Purchasers received warrants to purchase 3,369,707 shares of Company Common Stock (the "Warrants"). The Warrants are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of issuance at an exercise price of $0.11 per share, subject to adjustment. Each Purchaser may exercise such Purchaser's Warrant on a cashless basis if the shares of common stock underlying the Warrant are not then registered pursuant to an effective registration statement. In the event the Purchasers exercise the Warrants on a cashless basis, we will not receive any proceeds. The conversion price of the Debenture and the exercise price of the Warrants are subject to customary adjustment provisions for stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations and the like.
A FINRA registered broker-dealer was engaged as placement agent in connection with the private placement. We paid the placement agent a cash fee in the amount of $50,000 (representing an 8% sales commission and a 2% unaccountable expense allowance) and will issue the placement agent or its designees warrants to purchase an aggregate of 815,774 shares of common stock at $0.11 per share. The warrants issued to the placement agent may be exercised on a cashless basis. In the event the placement agent exercises the warrants on a cashless basis, we will not receive any proceeds.
The securities sold in the private placement were not registered under the Securities Act, or the securities laws of any state, and were offered and sold in reliance on the exemption from registration afforded by Section 4(2) and Regulation D (Rule 506) under the Securities Act and corresponding provisions of state securities laws, which exempt transactions by an issuer not involving any public offering. The investors are "accredited investors" as such term is defined in Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act. This current report shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy, nor shall such securities be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements and certificates evidencing such shares shall contain a legend stating the same.
Makes sense to me infoseeker considering the last thing I want in my system is caffeine when I'm lining up a putt in front of a gallery. That's a time for beta blockers, NOT stimulants LOL!!
Lots more athletes than contractors if you want to compare consumers and market size.
Anybody other than myself fail to have their buy order executed today at the 49 ask?
Perhaps the biggest test and hurdle will be capability of serving the California market. Lots of competition in health & energy beverages, however it's a huge market with plenty of room yet to grow for new and established brands.

New to ATTD, long on DROP.
Thank you for noting this. At ~$3 they're in the right price range. For those of us outside of their distribution channel Amazon is the only option.
Question/concern I have is whether >$4.00 price point ($50 case on Amazon) going to prove successful.
You're focus is misguided. DROP should be about products not Tiger, not golf. The first product works. Works well in fact.
Apparently you don't understand purpose of endorsement. While 1st place is no doubt ideal, exposure is everything & he's uniquely in a position whereas even when struggling he gets tons of exposure. A tiny minority of products ride with the one winner in any sport. There's plenty of others being exposed along the way. Notoriety comes in many forms after all - something Tiger knows all too well. Expose the name, create interest ... then it's about expectations & this is what Fuse needs to market & meet! All IMHO of course.
I'm with you in the frustration department. While my web order was fulfilled quickly i never have received my Amazon order. They badly mismanaged that very important outlet launch , no doubt costing them investors.
"This guy" as an individual doesn't have me sold, however the sum of the executive team, Tiger's endorsement & what I feel are promising products have given me enough confidence to invest a reasonable amount (meaning an amount I can afford to lose although I certainly hope not to!).
IMHO it's not abnormal nor alarming that a legit CEO, youthful or not, be compensated at this level. It's not excessive considering the average CEO salary for bottom 10 percentile is reportedly >$300k.
FWIW - he hit the nail square on the head presenting difference in maintaining control of company between IPO and venture capitalist financing.
I disagree with your euphemism comment.
Not being an employee and being unemployed are not synonymous.
Me thinks Fuse would need to first complete all the deliveries of EnerJel™ already sold through Amazon first.
Is it safe to say that the majority of us here are banking on the FUSE execs, with their $0.21 shares, aren't going to be satisfied with a 50% return on their millions...?
Hard to see details on my phone right now but it looks like someone dumped almost 100k shares at low of 0.305 while somewhere around twice that volume bought at 0.330 and up. I don't understand this activity.
Tongue in cheek response LG? Don't waste good Scotch by bypassing Ye ole tastbuds that make it worth the $.
A while back I posted about DMSO, which does the same thing, however unpleasantly leaving a rather bad taste in the mouth.
Check it out:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyl_sulfoxide
On a side note, DMSO created quite a stir and paranoia over the weaponization potential. The alleged plot to assault the 1968 DNC Convetion with LSD infused DMSO didn't help matters.
Can't know answer 'til the drops hit the market. Cost, effectiveness, taste, packaging, ease of use & longevity will all no doubt play a part in market acceptance and success versus competition.
No diff than other products competing for share in massive market; energy drinks (and other energy products), chewing gum, breath products in the market.
Related note: "FSR fuels Lance Armstrong," sound familiar? We're currently trying the FSR energy chews. FWIW - I'm a coach and have highly competitive club volleyball and soccer players testing. Interesting for them flavor experience is #1 - if you can't get past that hurdle it's a fail from the start.
If and when Fuse gets as far along as FSR I trust more investors will flock to DROP!
Used EnerJel™ Sunday for my second app and no skin discomfort this time at all. I used a bit less (no doubt I overdid it first time) and rubbed it in more thoroughly into both sets of quads & calves. Relieved soreness from prior day exercise and got me through a long day of activity painfree. Lower dosage left me a bit less "amped" than first time too due to < caffeine which is good thing for me.
Curious, what is a "nice entry" to you?
