Used EnerJel™ Sunday for my second app and no skin discomfort this time at all. I used a bit less (no doubt I overdid it first time) and rubbed it in more thoroughly into both sets of quads & calves. Relieved soreness from prior day exercise and got me through a long day of activity painfree. Lower dosage left me a bit less "amped" than first time too due to < caffeine which is good thing for me.
