Very true, there can be no single best solution for every fitness routine. Muscle milk isn't a carb loading beverage so runners wouldn't go to it even if it did taste good and was on the thirst quenching side.

Phase 3 has 36 g. of carbs vs. Muscle Milk's 13 g. Also have a bit more protein 35 vs. 32 grams. In the world of shake/smoothie type drinks it's the most balanced combo of protein & carbs (+ other key nutrients) and best tasting (IMHO).

It should/could/might grab a sizable chunk of market share from Muscle Milk, Gatorade G3 Recover shake and others.
