@Personalizit - UNIT is looking far down the road = investing in the future, which IMHO is the correct path. If I weren't already at a full position I'd continue to buy the dips that the recent volatility has delivered.
Disclosure: 2000 shares @ ~$13 cost basis. Currently reevaluating trailing Stop Loss setting.
Anybody here invested in/following the GST-B / GSTprB preferreds?

That <ahem> investorblogish "contribution" has little to zero value from which to make an investment decision. With a dozen+ true analyst reports available with real data - that piece was/is a waste of time and electrons. GLWYI

Anybody know why the preferred, GST.PRB, doesn't work in iHub? It is recognized but there's no data in the streamer or charts.
Good grief, stop with the duplicitous hypocrisy ... the double-standard political sporting game serves no purpose here -- stick to the economics please.
Besides... we should continually pray for ALL our leaders and the nation as a whole no matter whether they are on YOUR side of the isle or not. I'm also praying that all the anti-Trump rhetoric dies sooner than later. I was raised to question authority and hold all leaders feet to the fire in spite of their party affiliation.
CSIQ
Today -7.95%
3mths -19.45%
1Yr -48.52%
YTD -61.49%
Now back down to mid-2013 price and chart shows further decline possible, if not likely. Down certainly more likely than up and nothing points to getting back to $20, nothing but [blind] hope that is. Would be glad to be proven wrong.
FWIW - @ $18 cost basis CSIQ is my all time worst performer and looking to serve as a 2016 taxable account capital loss write-off on 12/31. grrrrr :-\
Curious why you wrote "attractive current buying opportunity" and yet it's not attractive enough for you to invest. $45? That would take an extreme event(s). Whether marketwide, financials sector or a singular WFC event, extreme caution would be "Prudent". All IMHO of course.
"should" being the operative word. CSIQ cannot seem to break above $20 let alone hold. The market is very pessimistic.
<<Based off the 3 year chart it should spike to 25$ within the month>>
Your source for this unrelated to NYMT suspect statistic is what?
Reality:
http://journal.firsttuesday.us/home-sales-volume-and-price-peaks/692/
39,700 new and resale home transactions closed escrow in California during December 2015. In step with the annual sales cycle, the push to close home sales before year’s end gave sales volume a boost in December. December’s home sales volume was 10% higher than a year earlier.
2015 ended with 450,700 home sales in California. This is 35,400, or 9%, more sales than took place in 2014. This is just above 2013 sales volume. For perspective, the number of homes sold in 2015 is still 303,203, or 40%, below peak sales volume experienced in 2005.
Sales volume is likely to pick up in the first half of 2016 as job numbers continue to grow, to fall back in the months following the inevitable fixed rate mortgage (FRM) rate increase, likely around mid-2016.

Exposure to energy is not significant:
BAC disclosed a total utilized energy exposure of $21.3 billion (2% of total corporate loans), of which the company deemed $8.3 billion to be in high risk subsectors (E&P and servicers).
Personally I don't blame Tiger Woods at all for my financial losses in DROP. I would have invested without his endorsement because I liked Enerjel that much. It worked better than anything else on the market. FWIW - I opened & used my last bottle at a soccer tournament over this past Thanksgiving weekend.
Of course I'm very peeved about losing serious $ on this gamble but myself and several athletes I know are bummed the product Enerjel is dead. It was a good product obviously mishandled by incompetents. I wonder who owns the rights and whether they're available for someone to bring back into production.
On the other hand the drops were poorly executed even if the concept was somewhat promising.
Thanks for posting the "The Perils of Back-End Deals: The Fuse Science Power Outage" article, though it is a painful story for many. I come back here once in a great while to feed my morbid curiosity.
"Fuse Science quietly announced a reverse merger with a different type of “energy” company – New York-based Spiral Energy Tech, Inc. — and Fuse’s pink sheet stock has been delisted, leaving its shares virtually or entirely worthless and investors screaming. Small cap message boards have been lighting up for weeks with investors calling for the SEC to investigate the transaction, and Tiger Woods’ rumored millions of shares of restricted stock — which likely would have vested over the five-year term of his contract – are now likely worth zip, zero, nada unless any portion of his holdings were transferred to the new parent company, whose stock closed yesterday at $0.0004."
You still have Phase III? Disregarding the expiration date no doubt. LOL I don't know what makes me more mad ... losing a chunk of money or losing access to a great product. A damned shame.
Just dropping by (pun intended! as an annual check-in. Yep, it's been a year since last post. I see some of the old faces are still here trying to warn newbies of the futility of playing this game. Better odds in the California Lottery.
Still a shame though cause the product deserved better.
Very curious, how does the FORM 10-Q for Q4-2014 show ZERO Net Sales? From $313,993 in 2013 to ZERO? The website is still up and running taking orders.
Ah yes, thank you. Nice to have a little upside since our last conversation 2 months ago. A ray of hope perhaps? LOL
I'm getting a fair amount of email ads of which all are dominated by intensely badarse dudes looking ready to rip a head from its shoulders. IMHO, this is not exactly the marketing campaign that targets largest potential users.
And who came up with the "TWIST DROP SWISH" phrase?
Almost there already. Have you seen the big TV campaign for AXIRON, an under arm roll-on testosterone prescription med?
"...how to minimize the pain." is so true.
What to do with 15,000 shares that are worth only $213. Do I make an unrealized loss of -$5,164.19 (-96.23%) realized in stone or let it ride & figure it as some (deranged) entertainment value to watch where this thing finally goes?
No doubt, I can never break-even, yet would be nice to minimize the pain.
Being an enthusiastic user of the Enerjel product I bought into the hype, which seemed so real & promising with Tiger in the forefront. Figured surely this thing would at least break a $1.00 & become acquisition worthy.
<<Finally got my shares thru etrade. Only have 10% of my investment. Argghhh>>
Be thankful you're at 10% and not a member of the <1% club.
I'm out. Done. Finito. I know, what a shock! LOL Had a change of heart ... was going to hold forever just to observe for sicko entertainment value.

Trial by Fire Roy Warren University of ATTD: your answer here
You and me both.
Unfortunately I believed Roy's explanations regarding his prior failure and trusted his plans for ATTD (spoke with him on the phone 3 times). The product is still a favorite among every one of our athletes. It certainly deserved better management. I still contend the price point is too high for this type of product to really succeed, but what does it matter now with such an insurmountable debt load...
Please name the "similar product" you're referring to. Nothing even close that I know of...
Promo codes:
"thetruth" = $10 off while "mray" = 20% off.
"I like Walgreens over Walmart tho." +1 ditto!
Fuse price points are definitely not Walmart products.
"Middle age white guys like to drink beer out of a bottle."
Curious, are you speaking from your experience here or generalizing based on majority of Bud TV commercials? I thought trend was preferring on-tap suds.
"Electrofuse is just what is needed."
Hangover recovery? True dat, although sweet(er) drinks cause more severe symptoms.
I will not be bullish again & invest any more $ until Fuse targets what I believe to be more appropriate sports markets than golf, such as tennis & bicycling. I would add soccer, volleyball & basketball except that they don't have the buying power (more youth orientated with lower buying power) than is associated with more expensive sports (tennis, bicycling & yes golf). These products reside on the higher price end of the market that typical youth athletes' parents won't/can't afford.
Let me disagree. I found the interview informative and encouraging and about as appropriate to be a sticky as anything else other than financial reports of course.
Perhaps you should back up your allegation that "clearly there is no truth" by stating, or better yet proving, specifically what untruths were presented in the interview.
Where do you buy your Phase 3?
Re: GNC distribution. I've been away from here a while, so please forgive me if this has been covered in more detail recently, however, has anyone contacted Fuse investor relations to ask the status of GNC and why search pulls up zero results for EnerJel on their website?
If I had 100k shares on the line I'd be making that call. Just saying...
Please no negative nellies with factless conjecture(s). Thank you.:-p
Going down from where? If $700, then you had plenty of company including myself. I've had AAPL at a ~$550 valuation for a while now. IMHO $350 isn't a legit value.
However, your points are good ones and certainly not a rarity from what I've heard and read. My wife, kids and most of their friends are Appleistas while I'm a Droid/Google(ex-Blackberry)guy and long time IBMer (build my own PC type geek). Have never been into Apple and yet from a purely financial & market assessment I still even today feel my AAPL valuation is reasonable. So, I've hit @ $430 & $400 with expectation sanity will prevail sooner than later. Though I will say that if I have to average down any further I'll get really nervous. LOL
While I agree the sell off is emotional irrationality for some, I'm convinced it's mostly institutional level manipulation in the driver seat.

How can a retail investor - question I would like answered.
<<In those cases......a retail investor was actually able to buy those .0001's? If so, seems a waste of shares for even dilution when 1/2 the money to pay off debt can be obtained by selling .0002's
I haven't commonly seen the bid undercut like that.>>
Coincidence? Not! LOL Good find.

"After the market closed" is sneaky? LOL It's common, if not the norm.
Would have made a nice birthday present for me that day had the stock moved up on that pump. Instead it went down for the next month.
